Are you asking as a DM to see what the players see? There's a button in the bottom right for Spectator View.
If you're asking for the labels etc on a "player version" map to show up, like as an overlay, no, they're independent images. You're expected to be looking at the sourcebook in addition to using the map.
I am DMing and I want to be able to see the DM version with all of the players actions and movements without the Players seeing all of the secret doors, traps & hidden items and creatures. So I can manage the game from the VTT so the game runs smoothly and I dont have to stop the session look at the DM version of the map switch back to the Player version and restart the session on top of running all of the ambient sound effects and music as needed. If there isnt a way to do this it is pointless to use the VTT maps in D&D Beyond.
I wouldnt say its pointless. Most people will have the adventure open in another window and refer to the DMs map there (not in the VTT), which is how it would be if you were playing in person at a real table. Beyond VTT generally follows a philosophy of sticking close to that which I appreciate. That said, you can absolutely place tokens and stickers on the map and make them invisible to the players so you can reveal them if they find them. The quickplay maps are already set up that way. It runs very smoothly for me that way. there is no need to ever pause the session and I dont even add the DM map versions to my games in the VTT.

Sorry for not making my question more clear.
Currently, that's not possible. In the future they may provide an overlay option and retrofit all the old maps with the DM's View text, but it doesn't exist right now.
I'm not 100% certain about this as I'm still trying to figure it out myself but I think you can do this with the AboveVTT extension (Chrome & Firefox).

Perhaps, but that's not supported by D&D Beyond and WOTC, and should be discussed on the AbovevTT site/socials.

Is there a fix so as a DM I can view the DM version of the map as the players see only the Players version while running a published scenario?.

Otherwise, I don't understand the phrasing.
