I frequently print the specific Monster Details Page for any creatures that my party is going to encounter. Currently these include the stat block and flavor text for each monster and that is great. At the bottom of each details page there is a form that allows for feedback to be posted about the creature on DDB. What I would find useful is a place for me to be able to add custom text about an encounter that would print along with the monster details page. That way when I print the Monster Details page I would have the stat block, flavor text, and any custom notes that I wish to have about that creature or the encounter I wish to use that creature in like treasure, number of creatures, etc.
This is possible through the use of Homebrew. When you start to homebrew your monster, you can select an existing monster as your template. This will make your homebrew monster a copy of the existing one. You can then edit and modify the monster in any way you see fit.
Really, I just did it myself to verify and the one and only thing I felt I couldn't do was make this separation line red without adding the Lair/Lair Actions subtitle:
In literally every other regard, it looked exactly like an official monster.
