Being that there will be official translations of the game soon (I think spanish will be ready in september), will DDB be available in other languages at some point? I did a quick search and wasn't able to find info on this.
Great question. It would be good if it could be. If they do it, it would be great to see it have a bit of a test phase only to confirm the language is correct on all things since the programming will be done already. Only part of the programming that would need tweaking is anything that has to refer to the Spanish words instead of English. For instance, the ability to link to spells, items, etc. Working that all out properly in the code would be the biggest thing to do and verify from what I can tell. It also means they will need to make sure there is a team of fluent Spanish speakers to work on it, too. All doable if they feel the demand is worth the effort!

PbP - Beregost Blues - Portia Starflower, Half Elf, Cleric, Life Domain PbP - Tome of Annhilation - Vistani Mocanu, Human, Bard
I'd guess the hardest part with the coding would be the links, otherwise things like tags could be translated only for the user but not in the code. I hope that there is enough interest or is easy enough because not everyone in my groups speaks English and this seems like such a good tool to introduce them to the game.
