It's a bit of a disservice to have homebrew monsters creations shared with players. I want to be able to share content with them, but not monsters, and never before they even face them.
Please correct me if I am wrong, there is a way to hide monster creation from players in my campaign with content sharing enabled.
I was just googling the same as most my content is WIP and my own creation, but if content is shared so characters to equip these items to their sheets, there should be an off/on toggle with homebrew creations. I just realized the BBEGB has more views as im about to edit to the latest rev and am realizing its prob been seen already. DnDBeyond pleeeeeease update this feature to be managed by individual item/creature please.

-Bonfire Bards
North of Dragons Tale Tavern, past the Plum Creek, is a forest where epic Bards tell stories near a bonfire. On special occasions, the Bards gather with friends to regale the most legendary of tales.
You can remove the homebrew from your collection. That will stop it from being shared.
As stated content management is planned.
If you remove your own creations from your collection where will they go? I get this if its someone else's creation, but what if its yours?

Thanks
Content management and homebrew overhaul are both on the road map.
As it stands however there's no way to prevent automatic homebrew sharing within campaigns

It will be in "my creations" still.
