The Tomb of Annihilation sourcebook defines Chultan (the language spoken by people hailing from Chult) as a distinct language. It also suggests that players who's PCs were born in Chult may already know the language. Therefore, why is it not a language in the character creation system? Currently, my players have had to skip picking a language and write Chultan in their notes, which is clunky.
You can manually add it in the languages section of the sheet rather than just keeping it in the notes, but I agree it should be its own option as well. Same for allowing us to select Sahuagin amongst a few other languages in homebrew.

To piggyback on this Chultan is one of the human languages in SCAG. I think all human/regional languages should be included as well.
