A simple suggestion here. Currently, some areas of the magic item lists are completely flooded, simply because multiple types of the same item are listed separately. As an example, the first page of magic armors only has three unique items - adamantine armor, animated shield, and armor of acid resistance. Consolidating them down to a single entry each (e.g. "adamantine armor") and then, in the description, giving the different types possible, could help cut down on bloat, especially as more items are added.
Richness, in the final measure, is not weighed in gold coins, but in the number of people you have touched, the tears of those who mourn your passing, and the fond rememberances of those who continue to celebrate your life. -Drizzt Do'Urden
Yes, as it is now the layout is too cumbersome. Maybe just have one entry for, say, Adamantine armor, and the option to select specific types when choosing for characters? I'm unsure how this system will link character sheets (and other documents) with magic items.

This is a good idea.

Maybe leave the page the same, but add a drop down menu at the top that allows you to choose from the various armor types?
