I love DnDBeyond and using it to create characters, but my characters page is getting a little overcrowded. I have a lot of Character Sheets for NPCs from different campaigns I'm running, and my own player characters. It would be awesome if DnDBeyond updated to let us make folders to organize our character sheets. That way I could make a folder for NPCs and what campaign they're associated with and really clean up my character page making it easier to find my PC's when I do get the chance to be a player. What does everybody else think about this idea? and if there are any DnDBeyond staff reading this how realistic could this be?
This very thing has been driving me crazy the past couple of days! This should be an easy-to-implement feature that provides high value to customers. Seems like a no-brainer to me.
The best work around solution right now to organize characters is to use the My Campaign section to organize your characters. My Campaign section is basically already a place to organize and sort groups of characters. Just treat each campaign as a character folder and name it "ZZZ - Character Concepts" or "ZZZ - Dead Characters" or something similar. Depending on where you want the character "folders" to appear, you can use "000" or "ZZZ" to sort all the character folders to be before or after your actual campaigns.
It would be nice if at the least characters could be manually sorted in the character page so you could put the characters your using currently at the top. Folders would also be nice

It's a pretty crappy work around but I set the sort to Modified: Latest and go into edit a character, flip a toggle (rick&morty) on and off, and then it moves that character to the top of the line. You could do this for all characters but I just do it for the ones I'm currently using.
I literally came to this forum today to say the same thing. I have a lot of characters I've made and I would love to organize them into folders for One Shots, NPCs, Villains, etc.
I know it's not ideal, but you could put a number 1 or letter A in the front of the name of all the characters in one campaign or setting, a number 2 or letter B for the next one then sort by name... that batches them but still lets you see all of them. I have verified that the sheets accept numbers.

grouping by Class/Race would be cool at the least... Subfolders?

Very much needing some sorting system!
This has been on my mind the past few years, and I finally cracked and decided to check the forums.
It would be really helpful to organise my characters by folders, especially as I use a ton of factions in my campaigns
