Hi, all! Is it possible to add skill proficiencies, tool proficiencies, or languages to your Characters on the application, outside from their Race, Class, and Background?
For example, if a Character learns a skill proficiency, tool proficiency, or language through an adventure or spent Downtime Days to learn a proficiency.
If possible, what is the process of adding these proficiencies as I have tried to research on this but am unable to find an answer.
Thank you for your time and looking forward to your replies and insights! :)
You can't just go to edit character and add them in. I believe this is something they are working on for the future.
However, you can do what I do which is create a Magic Item - a wonderous item I call "Downtime Learning" and add modifiers for the proficiencies and languages I have learned. I edit the description to indicate which profiencies and languages learned by downime and then add this item to my character. I then find it in my inventory, click the use icon, and voila the profiencies and languages are then added to the character. If I learn more in future I can edit the item and remove/re-add the item (this may be unnecessary but I do it anyway to be certain) and click use again to have them apply to my character.
Quick and easy workaround while we wait for the update.

Cyb3rM1nd, thank you very much for this suggestion. I will definitely try it out. :)
Cyb3rM1nd, this worked wonderfully! Thank you very much! :D
Any advice on how to do this in such a way to REMOVE a proficiency? Specifically, from and ability's saving throw?
