Is it just me, or does anyone else find it odd that someone who is INCAPACITATED can move at all, much less their full move speed???
I feel like Incapacitated should also be Stunned as well... maybe doing away with the incapacitated condition and simply having just stunned.
I simply don't get the Incapacitated condition as it is... what could possibly cause a person to be unable to do ANYTHING while still having full awareness and mobility? It just doesn't make ANY sense.
Usually incapacitated comes with other things from what I've seen. Like tasha's hideous laughter, which also makes you prone. So you can crawl around prone but too overtaken by the laughter to say, cast a spell or attack etc.
It's a game, not a dictionary. As such, terms aren't really about 100% matching how we use them in real life so much as being unique, meaningful and usable. Feel free to replace it with a term that makes more sense to you, but I think there are a lot of language issues that have higher priority to be solved - for example, that 5e for some reason has "melee weapon attack" and "attack with a melee weapon" mean different things, and that difference is mechanically very important.

If you're not willing or able to to discuss in good faith, then don't be surprised if I don't respond, there are better things in life for me to do than humour you. This signature is that response.
Most or all? If it's not all, then there's a use for having a separate term for it.

If one wants to get pedantic, it specifically says "actions and reactions" but not specifically "bonus actions". (I'm fairly certain that the vast majority of people [which includes me] feel that "actions" includes "bonus actions".)
I have to agree with most of the others. It's just a word to designate something in the game. If it's a word you do not like, you are free to change it, but be certain people know what it means when you use it. (If you're playing in a league, you'll need to use a word the league accepts.)
Outside of tournament stuff, 5e lets people change things and possibly to the point of being unrecognizable to D&D, but communication between players (including the DM) is the one thing that should never be changed.
Human. Male. Possibly. Don't be a divider. My characters' backgrounds are written like instruction manuals rather than stories. My opinion and preferences don't mean you're wrong. I am 99.7603% convinced that the digital dice are messing with me. I roll high when nobody's looking and low when anyone else can see.🎲 “It's a bit early to be thinking about an epitaph. No?” will be my epitaph.

You choose when to take a bonus action during your turn, unless the bonus action's timing is specified, and anything that deprives you of your ability to take actions also prevents you from taking a bonus action.

Canto alla vita alla sua bellezza ad ogni sua ferita ogni sua carezza!
I sing to life and to its tragic beauty To pain and to strife, but all that dances through me The rise and the fall, I've lived through it all!

Thoughts?
If the name bothers you, change it to "dazed", which is what it really simulates.

Most effects that cause Incapacitated also reduce speed to 0 though.

From the PHB rules on Bonus Actions:
Canto alla vita
alla sua bellezza
ad ogni sua ferita
ogni sua carezza!
I sing to life and to its tragic beauty
To pain and to strife, but all that dances through me
The rise and the fall, I've lived through it all!
