So my character in a nutshell is a human necromancer that lost his memory before joining the campaign.
I lasted a while but now have died completely. The dm is adding in a secrete way that my group can resurrect me but it's unknown to them and will only work if they do the right things.
In my death, I have discovered my past and found that the legion we (the party) are after, are technically my bosses. I lost my family (wife and 2 daughters) to a village attack, and since I was a novice wizard I turned to the creators of necromancy to help me (in this case it was the necromancers of the legion), I agreed to thier terms in order to resurrect my lost family, but it was a trick, the family I raised was abominations that terrioried the village, and I had to destroy them. In my pain and grief I wiped my own memory of them.
So, cut to me dieing, since I died completely I am finally reunited with my family, and have regained my lost memories. My character is finally at peace and is happy. My campaign party still doesn't know of this past, of my family, etc so they are trying to do what they can to find a way to bring me back.
If by chance they do resurrect me I would have lost my family once again which, in character, would put me in a grief induced rage and I would attack the nearest person or players near me without hesitation. But after the first round my characture might just collapse in heartbreaking pain.
So since I'm only a lvl 5 necromancer, I wanted to do something like a 1 time only use spell that is caused by the resurrection of the unwilling something like I emite a dark green dome of pure energy that spreads out like 10-20 feet damaging all without having to roll an attack roll. Again this would be just a single use and since I am in all essences a good guy it would be non-leathal damage. So its more like I can't control it, but once it sinks in that I'm hurting my friends that were just trying to help me, I muster the strength to stop it.
I just need to know if there is anything out there in dnd lore, a spell, a relic, etc that would do something simular so I don't have to come up with the terminology, damage, etc so it would be easier to propose to my dm. Or if anyone has a better idea for a necromancer that ironically was unwilling to be resurrected due to himself finding peace, please let me know.
You can just choose to stay dead. Raise dead, and pretty much all similar spells and effects specify that the soul has to be willing to return. The way you write this, it seems like the character in question wouldn’t come back. It’s a perfectly legitimate character arc which has reached its end. Rather than try to force it, just make a new character.
As far as the thing you’re proposing, pretty much everything either requires an attack roll or a saving throw. The only exceptions are magic missle and some creatures have auras. The first one that comes to mind is an ice troll that just does cold damage to people nearby, but there are others with similar powers. So I’d ask to flavor it like something like that, aura damage, seems like necrotic would be appropriate. Or you could do magic missile and say it’s sparks of energy.
Thank you. I will take that into consideration, maybe because he is unwilling, maybe his ghost appears instead and let's them know why he can't come back and just keep it at that.
Already made a new guy, just waiting to see if they figure things out or not on thier own.
Yes, unless the resurrection is a plot or story device you can just say no for the character, and continue with the new char. Unless you do want a second arc to happen.
Then the fireball suggestion (albeit necrotic or other dmg) its a good and dangerous option. Or something similar in effect since is going to be a one off.. like 1 round of sacred guardians or an "area" of blight...
All of the possible options would probably require some kind of save either way, and it would be fine.
Just tell the party out of character. Having them cast a Raise Dead or some other resurrection magic on you only for you to immediately attack them and suicide is an extremely uncool thing to do. Those spells are expensive, and beyond that it's just a thing that the other payers are likely to interpret poorly.

Find your own truth, choose your enemies carefully, and never deal with a dragon.
"Canon" is what's factual to D&D lore. "Cannon" is what you're going to be shot with if you keep getting the word wrong.
I'm with 6thLyranGuard on this. For them to go through all the steps, resources, time - not just in game but their own time as players - to bring your character back only for you to attack them, then be a massive detriment/liability out of "magic angst" as if to punish them for your choices... It's weird. Maybe they'd be fine with it but if it were me, I'd start to hate playing with you. If PvP were allowed, my character would probably just try to kill you. You're woe-is-me-ing so much about how happy you were being dead? Fine, die then. A good character would kill you because it's what you want and makes you happy, a neutral or evil character will do it because you're being an extremely annoying, tedious burden and saves us all the trouble of trying to "fix" your weird shit that's hurting us for rezzing your ungrateful ass. So a knife to the brain solves our problem, resolves this annoying derailment of story faster, pleases your character and saves the sanity and HP of ours. Win win. And what a sad waste of everyone's time that would all have been.
Having fun is most important. If your character is dead, is better being dead, and you're happy with a new character -- then play the new character and move on.

Fireball, centered on yourself. But the suggestion of just not be willing to come back sounds much more logical in this case.
