It's Critical Role content supported by DDB. Take that as you will.

If you're not willing or able to to discuss in good faith, then don't be surprised if I don't respond, there are better things in life for me to do than humour you. This signature is that response.

I hear about Critical Role a lot but don't really know what it is.

The D&D homebrewer, consumed by their craft, meticulously crafts formidable monsters in a cluttered workspace filled with ink-stained quills and well-worn tomes. With furrowed brow, they sketch the anatomy of their creations, imbuing each stroke with vision, seeking to push the boundaries of imagination in under 512 characters.

It's a web series of a professionally-run Dungeons and Dragons group. Entertaining, but it sets some very wrong expectations for what playing the game is like for people who watch it and then try to get into D&D.

Find your own truth, choose your enemies carefully, and never deal with a dragon.
"Canon" is what's factual to D&D lore. "Cannon" is what you're going to be shot with if you keep getting the word wrong.

Another option...which I forgot because I'm not a fan of the class...would be Artificer/Artillerist instead of Fighter/Gunslinger.
na, because the character is more of a frontline/backline fighter than an artillerist, who wholly depends on their eldritch cannons
