I'm currently setting Up Dungeon of the Mad Mage for my friends and I to play together online. I'm still fairly new to the online thing so forgive my newbie-ness.
As you'll know, there's a DM and Player version of each map, and I was wondering if I can set the maps up so that I see the DM version and my players see the player version, but we both see where the positions of each token are?
The amount of things that I have to have other tabs open for keeps me elsewhere for DMing for now. Less tabs I have to scroll to or have open while running a game the better.
Hi all,

That is not possible, the version seen by the DM is the version seen by the players

Thanks.
Hopefully this is something they can look into in time.
There's no reason you can't have the DM map open in it's own window - not shared in the VTT.
All your interactions, NPC's, etc. go on the player map, but whatever info you need from the DM map is still visible to you on it's own.
I have been using hidden large monster tokens, renaming them, and hiding them to use as map markers.
The amount of things that I have to have other tabs open for keeps me elsewhere for DMing for now. Less tabs I have to scroll to or have open while running a game the better.
Okay. That won't work for you. It may for others.
