If you went to D&D Beyond using that link and chose the bundle, then it took you to the WOTC site to buy it. If you purchased on Beyond, then it was digital only. It is till bad marketing and communication on their end.
You also had to do the extra step of using the code from the WOTC site and redeeming it on Beyond to get your early access.
