Have any subclasses that missed an update that you're sad about? Add them here.
(I added this in hope that someone official sees it and takes our opinions into account.)
I'm personally hoping for the clerics Forge Domain and the sorcerers Storm Sorcery.

I have succesfully wasted your time!😀
Commanding nothing less than the power to create life, many battle smiths turn their genius toward forging technologically remarkable puppies and kitties.
I would love to see The Inquisitive get an update. The original subclass was a little underpowered but the main Insightful Fighting mechanic was pretty cool. The main problem with the subclass was how MAD you needed to be to be good with insight AND investigation-- which you'd think would be an inquisitive's bread and butter.
I imagine adding Cunning Strikes that are subclass specific would make it feel even more like the cool Guy Richie Sherlock Holmes fight scenes where you're analyzing the target's weaknesses and exploiting them systematically.
Using the 2024 Subclass template that the new Subclasses follow, I created a 2024 Twilight Domain Cleric that is very fun.
You don't have to wait for WotC to create the Subclasses, just follow the same format that the new subclasses have and create one yourself :)
Cheers!

Breathe, dragons; sing of the First World, forged out of chaos and painted with beauty. Sing of Bahamut, the Platinum, molding the shape of the mountains and rivers; Sing too of Chromatic Tiamat, painting all over the infinite canvas. Partnered, they woke in the darkness; partnered, they labored in acts of creation.

I wouldn’t say you needed to be particularly MAD- just take Expertise in Insight and you clock in well ahead of a typical NPC’s Deception with even just a +1 or 2 from WIS, and it’s not like Insight is a niche skill. Still, it’d definitely be interesting to see what Cunning Strike does with it. I also want to see the Swashbuckler after it didn’t make it into the PHB.
For some other subclasses, Beast Barbarian could probably get a nice tune up with the core class changes; add a Brutal Strike option for the natural weapons as a later feature, maybe gain some out of combat utility from the forms now that rage lasts longer and can be held outside of combat.
Creation Bard could use an update, it has a bit of an action economy pileup between its spellcasting, creating objects and animating an object to be a pet. It would be nice if they could both create an object and animate it on the same round. In addition, the pet damage needs better scaling, 1d10+PB is a footnote at high levels.

Did I miss something? Brutal Strike already does work with Beast Barbarian's natural weapons because they use Strength. As long as the BB is Recklessly attacking they can trigger BS.

I meant give them each a special move so there’s some additional incentive to use them instead of a magic weapon once you’re getting into tier 3.
Conjuration, Enchantment, & Transmutation Wizards would have been nice, but I can see why those weren't updated at first.
I think most SCAG subclasses need updates, especially Battlerager Barbarian, Storm Sorcerer, Undying Warlock(Which is distinct enough from Undead to still be its own subclass) Long Death Monk, Crown Paladin & the confirmed(glad to see they're buffing them)Bladesinger Wizard, PDK/Banneret Fighter & Arcana Cleric.
The SCAG ones have either been gradually updated to the point where they're viable options for legacy picks, are confirmed to be in UA, or are long overdue for reworks.

Always study & sharpen philosophical razors. They save a lot of trouble.
I would like to see the Wild Magic Barbarian get an updated version. I had an idea for such a character, a barbarian who had been suffused with innate magic, but none of the 2024 subclasses fit with the idea.

Yeah this one for sure. A lot of the features were pretty niche or situational in 2014. Ear for Deceit's benefit wasn't just for Insight checks, but specifically Insight checks to determine lies. Even in 2014, Ear for Deceit's feature became literally useless once you got Reliable Talent at level 11, and Reliable Talent moving to 7 - while great in general - gives you that feature for half the levels it used to give you. The minimum upgrade I'd like for Ear for Deceit in 2014 is to make 12 to be the minimum you can roll on the die when making an Insight to detect lies. This is two more than you get for Reliable Talent, and it fits because you are built to be a lie detector.
Eye for Detail was very situational - not just a Perception or Investigation check as a bonus action, but Perception to spot a hidden creature or object (which may or may not even include traps), and Investigation to uncover or decipher clues. How often can you not spare the time for a full action for one of those checks? Not very. In addition, the 2024 version of Observant does the same thing for ALL Search checks, making the Observant feat feel BAD to take if you're a detective rogue in 2024 rules.
Insightful Fighting is still decent, but Steady Aim from Tasha's - which is now basic in 2024 rules - took a lot of the wind out of the sails by making it much easier to get advantage. You don't even need to make a contested check with Steady Aim. In addition for better or worse (worse), 2024 is moving away from contested checks, so it no longer fits with the design.

What makes you feel as though it isn't one?
The fact that only the extra spells and one singular feature are related to spellcasting.

There are quite a few homebrew subclasses updated to 2024 actually. I appreciate the effort!

The new land druid should be completely redone as a spellcasting focused subclass.

The fact that only the extra spells and one singular feature are related to spellcasting.
Conjuration and Necromancy for Wizard
Undead and Genie for Warlock
Wildfire and Spores for Druid
Grave and Death for Cleric
Shadow for Sorcerer
Arcane Archer and Cavalier for Fighter
Kensei and Sun Soul for Monk
Ancestral Guardian and Beast for Barbarian
Swarmkeeper for Ranger
That is pretty much it for my wish list.
She/Her Player and Dungeon Master
I could definitely get behind that list
Way of the Astral Self for monks. Deflect Energy was moved to the base class, albeit two levels later. As of right now, it's missing a feature.
The extra spells that are the core of the subclass? And the singular feature that gives them more spell slots per day than any other druid?
Infectious Fury is a special move though.
I do agree that Wraps of Unarmed Power should work with Beast Form weapons. If it was made today they would be unarmed strikes.
