I got the naming part down, but I can't seem to make an item be worth less than a whole gold piece, or weigh less than a whole pound. I have the idea of linen cloth, useful for crafting, but I don't want it to cost 1 gold per cloth, and weigh 1 pounds each. I want them to cost 0.01 gold, or 1 copper, and weigh 0.1 pounds each.
Or do I have to make them like sets of 10 cloth, which weighs one pound? But even then, it would cost one silver, not one gold.
Decimal values for gold and weight are not supported in the custom item system.
You can leave gold and weight blank and detail these in the description. If players are carrying large amounts of cloth they can use another custom item for weight correction to add the relevant number of pounds to the weight.

I just make custom items in the character app and deduct the currency. We don’t sweat weight too much.
