I just purchased this on DDB with the intent of running a game for first time or relatively new players, but where can I get the maps?
There are some great maps for a first time adventure already included; so instead of having to draw them all myself, I'd rather just use the maps provided.
The problem is, the maps. provided are not really big enough as I want them to be big enough for the plays to put their minis on.
After saving the image, you can change its size. Are planning on printing it out or use a VTT?
Printed for now. As these are new players, I am not so worried about the grid as I really just want to introduce them more to d&d and roleplay, than get really technical about how far they can move.
So for now, if it feels like they could move that far, we will go with that.
Another reason why I wanted a map big enough for a table top though. Being so new, it will be easier for them to visualise using minis and a map, than pure theater of the mind.
I will slowly introduce more technical aspects as they get used to playing though,.so eventually we will end up with a VTT that has a proper grid and proportionate maps and everything.
Another option is you could buy the actual Stater Box, since it comes with maps of the adventure, a set of dice and the premade character sheets (should you want to use them).
LMoP is actually the only real product I would encourage people to buy in physical form over buying on DDB for home play.

Right, so just increase the image size. There are several ways of doing this depending on what program your using to print it.
