So as paladins are immune to diseases would that list include STD's? And as their spellcasting ability is charisma, making most paladins very charismatic then why not play a paladin that is constantly sleeping around, and if the current oaths forbid that kind of behavior can we get a new God?
Edit: What I am trying to ask is if it is possible in cannon D&D to make such a paladin as a follower of the life domain for example, or if not how can we make it happen? I personally think that it would make for some interesting rp when the holy knight starts to flirt with EVERY SINGLE BAR MAID the party encounters.
While some paladin oaths may discourage such behavior (devotion, redemption). Not all have oaths that forbid it (conquest (personal favorite for this concept), ancients, crown (as long as you raise your kids), and vengeance).
Of course, this would MASSIVELY depend on the group and what they are comfortable with as well as how much (or little) they want to take it seriously. But for one thing, consider why the paladin has pledged this oath.
Did they just want to flirt & sleep around, so they found some deity that would approve of that? I could definitely see many starting off that way.
Or is it really a religious calling? True devotion to this idea of Life & Procreation (as opposed to, say devotion to a deity of sex & passion) would see this as a sacred act, and not just wanting to get it on with every barmaid for fun, but also being amazed and joyous at pregnancies, and the actual births possibly being more important than the initial sex. (Also, they would likely not just focus on barmaids, but see all people's lives as worth spreading and growing - merchants, commoners, nobles, other adventurers, etc.)
Also, a PC who thinks *I* need to have lots of sex and babies might start leaning too far towards selfishness, as opposed to all people (or even all living creatures) needing to perpetuate themselves. But the gods might hook someone with the first idea and then help them to realize the second over time.
So on the one hand, it could just be a silly playing against the stereotype of paladins being all stuffy, and if that's what the player and group enjoy, that can be fun. But I could also see the possibility for a very interesting roleplaying character arc of someone perhaps starting off as seeing this as a loophole they can exploit to have some thrills, but the gods move in mysterious ways, and the PC could evolve into founding orphanages, even becoming a midwife, and being willing to travel across the world and possibly lay down their life to save one baby.
(As an aside, I wouldn't touch this concept using a Paladin of Conquest with a 10' pole. That just has far too much potential for really bad things. Stay far away from that. We don't need that in our hobby.)
I agree with you on the majority of that, especially with the reminder that Paladins of Conquest are a thing I agree wholeheartedly that the combination would make a very disgusting character. One that as a DM I would take great joy in telling the player to get the f*ck out of my campaign. On a much more respectable note thank you for your reply, I appreciate the feedback.

Not so sure about the concept of the Conquest or Vengeance Oaths as those would likely amount to some very immoral acts that even in fantasy world should not be taken lightly. Other than that thank you for you comment.
I'm confused by talk of domains and gods. You don't need a god to be a paladin and you don't pick domains (that's clerics). This is why your stat is charisma. The powers come from you and the oath you swear rather than from a deity. Now, you can choose a deity instead, but ultimately the power is the paladin's - it's a connection to magic through their personality, their oath, their soul. Their devotion to the tenets, their desire for revenge, etc is what drives their powers.
And nothing says they must take an oath of chastity or cannot enjoy themselves. And if you are choosing a god as a powersource then choosing a God of Life wouldn't be adverse to sex. How do you think life happens for most creatures?
Being a Paladin of Conquest doesn't mean you cannot have a sex life so why people are going "no stay away from that" is baffling. Conquest Paladins aren't super-angry hit-everything respect-nothing people. It just means that when in BATTLE you are merciless to your ENEMIES. This does not apply to lovers.
If you want to go the godly route there is nothing that forces purity and chastity - it was exceptionally common for most deities to be worshiped through orgies, like Bast, Dionysus, Bacchus, Ra, Hermes, Apollo, Aphrodite, Eros, Demeter, and more.. Many more.
So Paladins can have sex and love like anyone else and no subclass choice will restrict this in any way whatsoever.
Now as for a subclass, an Oath, specifically about sleeping around? That's just lame. Sorry. How would somebody wanting to have a lot of sex and/or make a lot of babies result in such strong warrior wielding power commonly labelled "divine". I mean why wouldn't every prostitute who loves their job also have these powers, they've dedicated their lives to the same thing, after all? Why wouldn't somebody who just loves children and being a parent and has a lot of kids also have these powers, for they too dedicated their live to procreation? How about many beasts that go through phases that dedicate their existence or part of it to procreation by their instinctual drives?
I just don't see how one would go about making an oath about this so powerful it allows them to tap into the weave and develop magic through the strength of their commitment to that oath?
How would the powers so bestowed from such a silly oath manifest as a warrior? If they're not a warrior of their oath (as in, for actual battle) then they are not paladins. So does one become a super-soulful-dedicated Warrior for ... Procreation? It's absurd. And what spells would fit as oath spells? Charm person, maybe, but add dominate person and you're into deep evil territory and need a good slap for making such a thing. So... Yeah, it's either useless, has nothing to do with the paladin class or something sick.
I apologise if my response seems antagonistic, not my intention, don't know how else to say it, but it just seems like most of you in this thread haven't read the Paladin class beyond a skim-read.
On another topic, regardless of how you want to make this a subclass - discuss it with the DM and the whole group. This is the type of stuff some players may be incredibly uncomfortable about especially if you're more of the RP-kind. This is, ultimately, only one of two things: something silly but potentially uncomfortable for some OR something twisted that has no place in D&D at all. My advice is avoid this altogether.

With a thread title "Paladin of Procreation" as well as the edit to the OP, I presumed it meant a paladin whose focus is on that, not just a paladin who happens to want to have sex. Because, yeah, none of the oaths forbid it, so, of course they can have sex. But that's not a very useful thread (especially since, yes, despite your snark, we have read the class).
The much more interesting question is can you have a paladin where procreation is more of a central focus? As you point out, the class certainly doesn't lend itself to that naturally, but you just need to get creative. There's plenty of interesting roleplaying space around a paladin of fertility and birth, especially since it goes counter to the cliched, overused view of paladins. You may only be able to think of silly examples, but that doesn't mean someone else couldn't find an interesting character to explore there with the right group.

Mostly this was done as a joke. Honestly I didn't really plan on making it for real.

Seems like a perfect candidate to be a follower of Himeros.
