Do these toggles (e.g. the "switches" under the Sources heading in the Character Builder) actually do anything? There does not seem to be a difference between the availability of Race/Sub-race options when they are white versus red. I was trying to help my players narrow their options as I'm running an FR campaign, and I keep seeing people pick the Eberron racial variants. I can hardly keep track of which options are which, I really don't expect them to be able to do so at a glance. Any suggestions?
I just tested it by creating a character and it is working fine. Eberron does not show, nor does Magic, etc. I know that doesn't really help, other than just confirmation that they should be working.
It needs to be set for each character. And make sure to toggle playtest off too (eberron races are in playtest). Off is grey, not red (sometimes confusion there).
The Playtest toggle was the problem. For some reason, they still have all of that data available redundantly in the Playtest. Thank you for that, my problem is fixed.

The Eberron is both playtest (released as UA) and published, (WGtE) hence the two options.
How to add Tooltips
Off is GREY. *worships!* you would think this as simple but been trying for hours to make my feats tab and correct available classes show up!
Grey is off? Who makes that and doesn't have a visual guide to say it over and over (red the universal color for stop seem like it should be the off)
Yeah, a simple on/off label on the toggle would make this a bit easier to use the first time.
And while red by default, the on is the character sheet's theme color.
