My group has come across a crashed alien star ship in the Starmetal Hills in the Forgotten realms. Are there D&D stats for the aliens? Ya know, like from the movies. I luv my sci fi mixed with fantasy lol.
I recommend checking out the Star Spawn from Mordenkainen's Tome of Foes, and the Deep Spawn from Explorer's Guide to Wildemount.
You could also have there be Aboleths, Mind Flayers, Morkoths, Flumphs, or Beholders. For servants, they could have Grimlocks, Intellect Devourers, Oblexes, or Gazers.
It depends on what level they are. Most of these will probably be too powerful for low level characters.

I would think, you could try re-skinning one of the following:
Steel Predator CR 16 Construct from MToF
Retriever CR 14 Construct from MToF
Shoosuva CR 8 Fiend / Demon from VGtM
Bone Devil CR 9 Fiend / Devil from MM
