So, my character is a "Former Royal Marine Ranger." I'm a retired US Marine.
I have a Catrip called "Motivation" I'd like to introduce, with conditions. It can be for ALL classes.
When someone is making an attack, you yell something like, "Get Some!" or, "You got this!", ect...
For a success, level 1-5, D20 with 10+, they get a +1 to their throw. As you progress every 5 levels, say, level 10, a 9+.
The idea is, a failure is "STFU!! I'm BUSY!" A Success is the equivalent of, "Oh Hell Yah!"
I've had people cheer me on. It either helped, or made me annoyed.
If your entire party is chearing you on...
If you want to motivate characters by cheering them on, use the Help action or play a bard.
Find your own truth, choose your enemies carefully, and never deal with a dragon.
"Canon" is what's factual to D&D lore. "Cannon" is what you're going to be shot with if you keep getting the word wrong.
Sounds like you want to make the Guidance cantrip available to everyone.
I don’t think a cantrip would work as not all classes have the Spellcasting ability. But a feat might work.

Actually, I think Inspiration is what I was thinking. You can get it and pass it on.

Yeah, as soon as I read that I was thinking Inspiration also. Just make it convincing and really get them going!
