I once went unconcious three times in a fight and each time I rolled a natural 20 on my first death save (probability 1/8000)
I know a DM who throw a (3rd level) fireball at the party and maxed out at 48 damage (probability 1/1,679,615) (I saw a roll 20 screen shot and a player confirmed it as well)
I'm not sure if I should be proud of this one. Set up session, one set of 4d6, one dice tower, everyone rolled 4d6 drop lowest for ability scores. I managed to end up with three 3's. I opted for the standard array. While it was very likely that I would have rolled a lot better with the second attempt we were allowed, there was still a sliver of a chance I'd manage to roll worse. (If I rolled worse, I would have been forced to take the second roll - no takebacks when making a second array of ability scores. That was the rules of the table.)
So, managing to get four 1s in three rolls and I couldn't even blame the dice... that's crazy.

Our sorcerer has the Lucky feat and really wanted to hit an enemy and do some damage. So he rolled poorly, used Lucky to reroll, got a better roll, and then rolled 3d8 damage, and got three 1s.
That was pretty hilarious. All that work, spell slot expended, feat use expended, and it only netted 3 hp of damage.

A fellow in another thread claimed that using 4d6 drop the lowest die he rolled three 3s for his starting abilities out of six rolls. That is just over 1 in 36 million. You are much more likely to roll four 18s out of six rolls than three 3s.
8d6 rolling a 48 is almost 1 in 1.7 million.
By these standards rolling three crits in a row is only 1/8000 which is almost lame.
To get to 1.7 million to 1 you would need between 4 and 5 crits in a row (and it is much closer to 5 crits in a row. To get to 36 million to one you would need between 5 and 6 crits in a row (and it is much closer to 6 crits in a row).
Sooner or later you get a once in a lifetime set of rolls. I just hope they are 20s instead of 1s.
Fighting an Elder Brain, unconscious and grappled and on my final death saving throw, knowing that the Brain was going to use a legendary action to hit me again and finish me off, I rolled a Natural 20. So instead of dying, or being killed, I suddenly was alive with 1 hit point!
Also I'm a fan of any time I roll under in the negatives, it amuses me so much! My cleric (the same one from the above roll) has a -1 to her Intelligence, so getting a zero on some skill checks happens on a regular basis.
The Yule Orc, my brother’s jolly green fighter back in high school, still holds the damage record for our group: 78 in a single round, 4 attacks, 3 crits. Pretty sure he was level 5, maybe 6. Granted, he had the Champion archetype, but 3 out of 4 crits is still insane...and he did it with a sword and board, not even a greataxe, and had the Defense fighting style!
Also, to all you guys who rolled multiple 3’s for your ability scores: you lucky rats. I would love to play that character!
What are the craziest dice rolls you have seen.

I dunno about crazy but, super funny...

The other night I rolled 5 natural 20s in a row on 2 dice.
My friend always rolls horribly, so being a kind and fair DM, I let her use my favorite d20. She rolled a 3.
Our cleric's first attempt to call upon Divine Intervention resulted in a straight roll of 100 exactly

The first night I ran Avernus for my group I rolled 9 natural 20s in a row.
They have lived in fear of the Luminous Chrome d20 since.
