"Storm's gone, and what? Its coming down?! Aight, lets get out of here then."

BB looks for the nearest venue of escape and takes its, continuing to run to put some distance between himself and the tower coming down.

Bryn immediately follows when hearing about the tower collapsing.

((Bolt is absolutely still at the ground floor door keeping watch in case anything tries to get in, so she's getting none of this while everyone's panicking up the tower.))

The party reconvenes on the lower level, passing Red's warning amongst each other. 

((Grwo is out of commission at the moment, but Larry does know of some other possible places to look for good stuff (library, basement) as well as that there was a subterranean passage in one of the bedrooms in the basement.))

Keller, learning Red's scouting, helps the evacuation once he hears about it from his spot in the library. If he hears about the stashes in the library and basement, he okays brief searches but encourages most people to get out once they are ready. 

BB will pause in his escape for some honest looting, especially with the commander's blessing.

Bolt's not about to pass up a chance to loot some stuff, and it's not like the tower's owner is about to come looking for it wherever it now is.  Splitting up efforts, she'll search the basement.

Gramps will help in the basement to have it done quicker before moving out with Red and Black.

"Man, or whatever you are, I hope you know about something better than these books. Probably should grab one or two anyhow, didn't look like there were many leaves out there."

((Sorry guys, behind on grading plus a bunch of doctor appointments (nothing of sudden concern, just trying to get some stuff sorted) has left me neglectful of my games. I don't think it will take me long to update on what you found, but so far I haven't managed it! Hoping to be back to square on grading in the next day or two, be planning on updating then.))

((Hi all! I’m just getting back up to speed and starting to post again. I’m glad Larry had been able to ‘help/assist’ some, in my absence. @Spider, I know you have been snowed under. Just so you know I'm ready when you are)).

For a while there, Larry ((and Grwobert!)) felt as though his limbs were spaghetti-ing out again and he struggled to just hold it together as he follows and helps the others gather supplies on their way out of the tower.

Larry shakes his head and allows his eyes to refocus again, before looking up, ready to carry on.

(Busy and busy. Had been hoping to get caught up over spring break and be able to jump back into stuff, but only *just* got caught up over break. Trying to get some job applications out the door, will likely be able to resume after that.)

((Whilst recovering, I had a whole thing written out of what you found with your respective checks, but I have misplaced the notebook. *sigh* Recovery following emergency surgery has gotten to where I'm hoping to pick up my games again, I'll summarize the group finding stuff and get a post up, but while I was in the updating mode, wanted to at least put something here!))

BB and Larry have a search of the Library, the metal man tasking BB with finding a book titled "On a Path to Adventure", without further elaboration. If questioned, he merely replies that the book, if it is here, will be more useful to them than anything else in his Mistress's Library. BB eventually does find it discarded in a corner, a small book, not much larger than hand sized, its leather worked binding closed with a clasp.

"Yes, that is it. We should hurry, friend BeeBee.", Larry remarks, standing with a whir of gears and sprinting down the stairs, the large warrior hard pressed to keep up, giving a last look to the charred chaos of the room.

Down the stairs they go, navigating the sloped floors from the settling tower. Reaching the first floor, they find the door quite stuck, and slide down to the pile of furniture against the basement stairs that the others made their way past previously.

While BB and Larry were searching, the others had already made their way to the entry level and found the door inoperable and headed to the basement. Searching the kitchen area, they found that much of the tower's stores have been eaten by the duergar, but do find some assorted spices and herbs that were perhaps not to their taste, as well as some flour and beans. There is also a crate of what seem to be duergar travel rations wrapped in waxed cloth pouches, largely an assortment of dried fungus and meat of unknown origin. The store room that Larry was prisoner in is otherwise empty, and one of the bedrooms is a charred wreck, though thankfully the smoke has subsided. The other looks to have been taken over by duergar, and there are a few assorted sundries in there.
