As you near the cave you notice an opening in the thicket, on the other side of the stream. You scan the area and can see evidence of foot traffic from the cave into this gap. Watching your footing you move silently, any slight noise completely hidden by the stream.
You round the gap in the thicket a little more and see some planks of wood that have been used to push the greenery down. Holding your breath you peek a little further and see two goblins with their backs to you, unaware of your presence. Likely on guard duty, but they are having a small argument and, as of yet, haven't noticed you or the party.
Melaria grins and walks past Teo, skipping a bit, and as she gets closer to the Goblins, she stops and holds her hands up, her staff in one of her hands. "Woah, I'm sorry, I think I made a wrong turn. You know the way to the Goblin hangout?"
7 sacred flame Dex dc 13 radiant damage (ignores cover)
Hearing the sound of battle, Tygron heads in behind Melaria, and seeing one goblin’s head fly off at Teo’s shadowy attack, he attempts to take out the other before it can alert any allies- unleashing holy fire upon it.
Edit- I’m kinda assuming we got a surprise round, if not then do initiative and this will be my first action- if it’s alive still )
Indio hears the commotion and follows the rest of the party to where Teo has found the goblins. By the time he gets into the clearing, the two goblins are dead, and the little elf is displeased with himself.
Indio grimaces sheepishly, but says nothing about his failure to notice the goblins. Everybody already knows, anyway. He surveys the aftermath and looks up at Teo. The monk cocks his head thoughtfully, and a small half-smile appears on his face. Shaking his head, the little elf turns and heads toward the cave mouth.

The goblin is quick to react, although not quick enough to save his ally. He makes a short viscous stab at Teo. 10 for 6 damage
The slash at Teo is pure reaction, upon seeing the body of his fellow goblin and Melaria also standing there he uses disengage and sprints out the thicket. Then seeing the rest of the party he panics and starts splashing up the stream into the cave mouth, making it 10ft upstream.
Melaria is up.
((You can still see him, being in the stream counts as difficult terrain))

Melaria takes her staff and begins to twirl it around before slamming it into the ground, shouting out in infernal "Lyz vyizm talwfpy haf!". When the staff hits the ground, a purple energy shockwave travels through the ground quickly and reaches the goblin, covering it in a dark purple energy. ((BA Hex )) Melaria then lifts her staff back up and begins to twirl it again, as she does so, green energy begins to swirl around the staff. She shouts out in infernal; "Vlaakith, wzrucy uz vasl!" And a green bolt of energy shoots towards the Goblin. ((A Eldritch Blast )).

Ryn: Quietly observing the fine work of his companions from the thicket, Ryn decides now is the time for him to act. He emerges from the bushes, hurling a spear at the fleeing goblin.
Action: Attack: 12 Damage: 4
Satisfied with his throw, he moves quickly to retrieve his spear before the corpse floats down stream. He gives the goblin a helpful push as he dislodges his weapon and then darts for cover, turning all attention to the cave entrance.

Teo takes a cue from Ryn and sidles towards the cave entrance, keeping low and quiet. He pauses to sense any movement from within. He gestures for Melaria to join him, signalling for her to stay low and quiet.

Losing his composure a bit, Teo hisses at Melaria: "Were you trying to get us both killed?"
Melaria will grin, her confidence showing. "We would have been fine. I wasn't concerned in the least." She'll follow behind Teo, keeping her staff at her side.

The body of the goblin floats gently down the stream, out the cave and pit of sight.
As you move into the cave the sound of the stream gets louder, bouncing off the rock walls and ceiling and the air is noticeably cooler. You see a small set of steps to the right.
For those with dark vision:
Ahead of you the stream and path bend to the right. The space on the right is dank smelling. The ceiling is about 20ft high and there are stalagmites and stalactites rising out of the floor and down from the ceiling. There are 6 wolves in the area, each with a chain around its neck that is bolted into the base of stalagmites. The room narrows at the far end into a fissure.
The wolves have noticed your presence and are watching you quietly.
Melaria peaks over the steps, and when she sees what she sees, she whispers to the others. "There are wolves on the other side of these steps. I think they saw me but their not making noises so I think we're good."

He tosses some jerky to the wolves and says some quiet calming words “there ye go guys. Them nasty goblins tied ye up, I bet Yer hungry. Here ye go”.

Something about Tygron's body language, tone of voice and the jerky calms the animals. Even once they have finished the meat they move to the rear of the space, lie down and start cleaning themselves, completely at peace with all of your presence towards the point of ambivalence. In their present state you could explore the room they are in (if you ignore the stench of wet wolf) or head further into the cave.
