You sit there for a while. When you're about to give up a tall robed man wearing a wool cap with ear and neck flaps to cover his head walks in. Seems he's looking to buy a space aboard one of the wagons. You see him approaching a group of Cultists. The Cultists have turned away everyones else who sought passage earlier in the journey, so you wait for him to be turned down and chat with him. However the Cultists accept him and he joins them at their table.
(after all, it is a unique occasion - for once, they can spend not only some carved out moment together, but, well, the whole night together... a prospect that is rather interesting for her),
Eric is more that willing to enjoy this as well. He has his spell already prepared, and he will be with Khessa if any occasion to actually put his plan in place happens after all...
Do the rooms have exterior windows? If so, Nixi will send her familiar raven to watch the outside window, in case anyone tries to enter that way (assuming Anator is watching the inside entrance)
Consumed by curiosity, Calvin excuses himself from the group, his mind racing with questions. Puzzled by the group's acceptance of this enigmatic newcomer he feels compelled to go undercover. Calvin finds a secluded corner of the inn, cloaking himself in shadows before initiating his transformative abilities. Gradually, his form morphs, his body reshaping itself into that of a nimble lizard.
Calvin moves towards the cultist's table, his scaled skin blends seamlessly with his surroundings. Each step is careful, and every movement is calculated to minimize any disturbance in the air. His lizard eyes dart from one cultist to another, searching for any hints or clues that may shed light on their intentions.
Drawing nearer to the Cultists' table, Calvin's heart beats with a mix of excitement and caution. He positions himself strategically, within earshot, yet concealed from their view. His keen lizard ears strain to catch snippets of their conversation, hoping to glean some insight into their motivations and the purpose behind their association with the mysterious newcomer.

In response to Zeminny, Zale laughs. "I sure would like to be doin that, but I agree with Kriv. We be layin low for now."
When Kriv approaches her, she frowns. "Hmmm, Ye know, now that I think about it that makes sense. Heh, these last few days have been a bit o a blur for me if imma be honest. I really should pay more attention to things.... Heh, maybe someone cast a spell on that animal...perhaps ye should have Eric or Khessa check 'im out?"
If Zale is brought into the loop and informed about what Khessa has noticed, she will continue to spend her usual amount of time with Kriv as it would be suspicious if she started avoiding him. Not to mention if the guy recognizes Kriv, he may also recognize her.
When Khessa mentions making the cultist disappear, she replies, "Eye, good idea. Since he seems to be acting alone, it shouldn't cause much of an uproar....especially if he dies in a similar fashion to that girl.... anyone know much about poisoning?"

"About poisoning, no I don't" Khessa admits "But if his body disappears never to be found, one could well think that he died of the same 'illness' in some secluded place".

Khessa shares a room with Nixi (provided by Aldor Urnpoleshurst). It's on the same floor as Kriv. Eric has a small room just for himself. However, it is one floor up from Kriv's room.
Also, is Anator watching from inside the building?

Yes, Anator will hang in a dark corner and check from the inside.
Khessa, however, given the unique possibility she has tonight, will keep in mind the fastest route down to Kriv's room, but will spend the night in Eric's room instead of with Nixi.

Later that night as Kriv is fast asleep (presumably after drinking some alcohol with Zale), the Cultist sneaks out of his room and seeks out Kriv's room. With a dagger that he puts through a gap along the door, he pops open the door hook on the inside.
Anator sees this happen. I suspect Khessa and Eric are asleep. Khessa you are awakened telepathically by Anator.

Nothing can be seen from the outside (for now).
Khessa instructs Anator: as soon as the cultist opens the door to Kriv's room (he will move slowly, so as not to make any noise, I guess), Anator must enter at full speed (as if he were a nocturnal bird frightened by being accidentally locked in the corridor), and slam 'accidentally' against Kriv's face (to wake him up). He must then also bang against the window shutters (as if he wants to get out), so that Isidore understands that there are visitors.
In the meantime, the blonde arcane warrior wakes Eric with a kiss (but also shaking him urgently): "Honey... No, I'm not waking you up for yet another 'round', this time... but to tell you we must go! Cast the spell and let's go down! The prey is about to enter Kriv's room!"
While the dwarf cleric casts the spell of silence, the tall adventuress enchants her blade to shed a purple light, then, greatsword in hand, drives him running, at top speed (since they don't make any noise) up to Kriv's room.
"Oh, I haven't slept so peacefully in such a long time and you know how much I would love making another round" says the dwarf, caressing Khessa's blond hairs "but I guess jobs goes before the pleasures" the dwarf dresses his garments and equipment, and covers their steps with the Silence spell.

OCC: before retiring for the night Eric has changed some of his spells (he feels a bit more safe about being poisoned here)

If the Anator-Isidore-Nixi communication pipeline works, the wizard will hop out of her bunk and race to Kriv's room.
