The dragonborn is slightly irritated that she left her prey only to arrive at the other fight just as it ends. However, she quickly spins around to face her previous foe. "Looks like I be back to dealin with you then." She grins at Lefty. "All yer friends be dead n gone."
The rouge moves ten feet towards lefty, positioning herself next to Kriv. Once here, she strikes again with her rapier.
To hit: 15
Damage: 11
Sneak Attack: 13
That's a hit! And with sneak it's enough to finish it (it took fire dmg from Nixi). You can describe how it dies.
The dwarf approaches the Bullywugs, eventually climbing over a rock so they can see him, his guardian spirit still whirling around.
"You creatures! you see that fighting means death! We have no intention to menace your land, let us leave. If you grant us free passage into your land, we both could benefit from a favorable agreement, instead of this bloodshed!" he yells.
With a flourish, Zale thrusts the narrow blade of her rapier into and through the neck of the final troll. With a grin, she whips it out and steps back in one fluid motion. After a moment, the troll falls down at her feet, dead. "Heh, that's what you be gettin for messin with me!"
Then she hears Eric yelling at someone. Looking around, she finally notices the Bullywugs approaching. Still grinning, she points her bloody sword at the new enemies. "He be speakin the truth ye slimy pond scum! If ye don't want to end up like yer fellow idiot here, you best be turnin around and running back to yer mum's! Hahah!"

Persuasion: 7 (Critical fail....lol)
It is only because perception was involved, I suspect... You must have been talking while looking the opposite way from where they actually were 😉

Lol yes we will go with that lol. I've embraced the fact that Zale is just oblivious to her surroundings...which is why she didn't notice until after Eric said something. XD She definitely didn't notice exactly how many bullywugs there are.

The Bullywugs only seem more driven to skewer you...
Khessa feels invigorated and protected by Eric's magic and finds a moment to turn, smiling and winking at him: "Thank you, my shield".
The moral effect of her beloved's readiness to help her is such that the blonde arcane warrior hardly even feels the troll's scratches anymore (OOC: she uses Second Wind to heal a bit more of her wounds) and runs towards the toad-men who are taking it out on the quite less defended Nixi.
"Zeminny! Nixi!" the tall adventuress yells "Back up after the crocodiles! Spears don't have long reach - you'll still be able to strike, while these escapees-from-the-pond won't!"
Khessa tries to come between the Bullywugs and the two friends (Zeminny and Nixi). Or, if the Bullywugs were able to melee, she attempts to melee as well.
If she manages to get into melee with a Bullywug, she attacks it with her Greatsword.
If not, she makes good use of Azbara Jos' tattoo and sports a Potent Fire Bolt (aiming at the Bullywug closest to her friends).

Then, if able to come in melee, Greatsword: Attack: 13 Damage: 8 (slashing)
Else, Fire Bolt: Attack: 19 Damage: 10 (fire) or 5 if missed (thanks to Potent Cantrip)
You rush to defend your friends and swing with your Greatsword. Bullywugs are agile little creatures though and it ducks this in time.
Kriv you're up! However during your turn something stange happens: Time seems to slow down, no... it stops completely! All your friends, the Bullywugs and even the birds in the sky are frozen in time. As you contemplate why you're not affected by whatever this may be, you notice that the leaves on one of the trees - a young oak - move with the (nonexistent) wind. When foces on the tree you suddenly hear a voice from behind you.
Looks like I was right about you. You are worthy of my Fist!
Looking behind you, you see the same guy from the bathhouse in Waterdeep, with his strang suit of armor made of leaves and wielding a wooden mallet.
Give it a try! The guy says, pointing at your Maul. It has a green glow and you feel the urge to lift in in the air. When you do so a storm cloud appears in the shape of a cylinder above the 2 Bullywugs. Suddenly a bolt of lightning flashes down from the cloud and time flows normally again (Bathhouse guy mysteriously disappeared).
Please roll 3d10
[OOC: your Maul is now the Fist of Silvanus, +1 and when you cast Tentacle of the Deeps is now has a greenish brown collour and a wooden structure with thorns]
Dex saves for the Bullywugs: 11 + 1 = 12 and 10 + 1 = 11 both fail and die by Silvanus' wrath. (Kriv can add a flavour text about their death).
End of combat!
Looks like there are no more enemies. The other guards have handled their enemies, but at a steep price: 5 of them lie dead on the ground. Fortunately, Jamna and Ardred Briferhew are among the survivors.
Khessa was already loading the new slash with which to finish off the Bullywug in front of her, when lightnings come down from the clear sky, striking (fortunately) with surgical precision the still standing toad-men and dazing her with the flash and thunder so sudden and close.
Rubbing her eyes, the blonde arcane warrior tries to quickly recover her sight, in the meantime asking her familiar, in her mind: 'Anator! direct me! In what position is the enemy?!'
'On the ground, sis,' Anator's telepathic voice almost seems to smile, as he soothes her 'dead as a doornail'.
The tall adventuress soon realizes this herself - as well as the fact that the fight is over. At what price though...
"Thank you for rushing to my side so quickly!" Khessa approaches Eric, hugging him "I don't know how that troll managed to move so darn fast... And what power he developed, with the leverage of those long arms! If there were others like him, I can't tell I'm surprised that so many of our people paid for their resistance with their lives!" the blue eyes of the woman review the dead, while she, now comforted, releases the embrace "They at least deserve us to bury them..." she observes "After what they have faced, they certainly don't deserve to be left to feed the crows".
The blonde arcane warrior looks for a shovel to start burying the bodies; in the meantime, however, she pats Kriv on the shoulder: "Nice trick, the lightning one! Can you explain to me how to do it, afterwards? If I take a few notes, maybe I'll learn it too, with time..."

OCC: Did we spot those Bullywugs?
In game: You did, but they were being handled by other guards. The quick death of their comrade draws them to you.
Out game: there are always just enough Bullywugs.

You get no response from the creatures. It seems they don't understand you.
[Zeminny can takes his turn, we don't have to wait for Rynn to describe how Zale kills the Troll]

Zeminny can shot at the closest Bullywug
to hit: 9 damages: 12 + 1 (if sneak attack available)
"Filthy creatures" mumbles the dwarf, he tries to step closer, until the Guardian spirits can burn the remaining creatures
if able to get in range, the spirits would deal 18 radiant damages
Zeminny one-shots the closest Bullywug. It infuriates the other 2 Bullywugs.
And it's now their turn! The both jump towards Zeminny and Nixi and throw their Spears.
The first one attacks Nixi: 12 + 3 = 15 to hit for 3 + 1 = 4 dmg.
The second sees that Nixi is having a hard time and decides to throw his spear: nat 1 to hit...
Calvin is up.
Player: Any Good Alignment // DM: Lawful Evil
Feeling frustrated at not being a part of the battle, Calvin rushes forward into the battle.
