One square is 5ft, first diagonal is 5ft, 2nd is 10ft.
The Ambush Drake goes first, depending on where Kriv will be he's going to attack him if he can. So I kinda need to know where Kriv is for he can make his attack/movement.
Actually, Zeminny has the bigger modifier, so I'll let him go first. I still need to know where Kriv is though. Everybody happy with their position?
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Zeminny will peak out from behind Eric, see the Drake and fire an arrow, hoping a hit will foil its preparedness. Once he fires, he will bonus action hide behind Eric/ the wall
The Ambush Drake is more annoyed than hurt by the arrow. It storms to the door breaking it down completely and tries to bite Telurion from K4: to hit 11 + 4 = 15
OOC: Noob question - the drake does not offer Telurion cover?
Thankful to his training with heavy armors, Telurion shrugs away most of the damage from the arrow. With a snarl, he attacks the drake - "Lets see if steel can hurt you"

It seems it can. Your sword strikes true! It starts to look a bit hurt now.
((Ambush Drakes can be 5 ft in lenght, but they're low (staying close to the ground). A a rule of thumb just assume that allies don't get in the way for ranged attacks in my campaigns (unless it makes narrative sense)))

Zeminny will stack behind Eric with bow drawn and rdy
inititiative: 21
(Calvin's initiative: 10
Position: F3)
Calvin runs forward following Telurions instructions

Zale will also run in, staying close to Calvin.
Initiative: 20 (Rolled in game log)
Initiative -> 14
After everyone run in, I'll stand in the doorway, but otherwise I'll stand near Telurion just outside the doorway in L2?
Kriv will go into a rage and advance to I-10
Initiative: 11
I'm a bit confused about your position Kriv. I-10 is in the ready room, you wan to rush in?

Sorry, I was confused. Kriv will be behind Telurion, so M3.
Good to know! Thanks.

(I'm happy with where I am.)

OOC: I would prefer being in M3, but then it would not make sense that Telurion was able to peek inside. So all good!

Attack: 21 Damage: 7
occ: I'm fine
Eric points his shield with metal clash, bracing himself murmuring a prayer to Moradin, shielding the little Zeminny behind him...
The Ambush Drake is more annoyed than hurt by the arrow. It storms to the door breaking it down completely and tries to bite Telurion from K4: to hit 11 + 4 = 15
Telurion pushes it's head away with his shield.
(Zeminny, you're at H3 correct?)
Zale, you're up!

Zeminny is at h3
Zale will hold her action for when an enemy comes within range.
Kobold 1 moves to I-7 for a clear shot at Telurion: 10 + 4 = 14
Kobold 2 moves to J-6 for the same reason: 18 + 4 = 22 dmg: 2 + 2 = 4
Kobold 3 and 4 move to N-8 and O-7 resp. and hold their attack for a better opening (Eric has too much cover).

Fizker will charge up a good old fashion fire bolt and throw it at Kobold 2 (J6) Attack: 22 Damage: 1
(OOC: I assume he can easily toss the fire bolt over the ambush drake and hit the kobold. If he cannot, then he will throw it at the ambush drake.)
