After a decent week of work Mixtli goes for a second week after which he uses some time to look for a tavern used by Tletepecan and Carouse for someone who might be able to help him in research of what happened to his laboratory (thinking of a soldier, a border protector/border officer etc. who might know about who were in Tletepec at the time of his lab being destroyed). ((Dex was for the work, but wanted an additional roll for a Job that Liber took point on leading for the party.))
Job you are leading: Roll a d20 to see how well it goes. Also roll a d10 which will be applied if it goes particularly good or particularly bad.
Feel free to add details of what the job might entail, or feel free to leave it to me.
Liber develops a better understanding of ritual casting, in that it takes more time and preparation in the moment of casting, but can be done without needing the spell prepared in advance. The only evocation ritual his studies turn up is one that forms protective dome suitable for resting comfortably in, but it's a bit beyond his abilities at the moment. However, he thinks that with some additional effort, he might be able to modify the casting of the spell to be something that would be more within his capabilities.
((It isn't what XGE intended, but want you to be able to get something for the effort you're putting in. Essentially proposing that Liber be able to master a lower level version of the spell with additional study, if that is of interest.))

ooc: Is there a temple or even a shrine to Pelor in the Radiant Citadel? Tandor is not proficient in Arcana so no scroll there (for now) but a Temple to Pelor should have a library so perhaps he can find information on crafting an Amulet of the Devout. Also, a soup kitchen sounds like just the thing he'd do, so...
Tandor decide to explore the Radiant Citadel some, looking for a Temple of Pelor, or some aspect of the god. Knowing such places are often set in the poorer neighborhoods, Tandor takes himself there, with Gilbert to keep him company and watch his back. Soon, he is dismayed by the conditions he notices. In a place with so much coin available, why is there so much want? As he looks for the temple, he also looks for a suitable place to setup a stall, a place where he can bring a small wagon with a few pots of stew, maybe some bread. Neither should cost much to make and, with the right persuasion, he could probably get good prices on the ingredients. Of course, there are probably permits and such, but he'd cross the bridge when it got in his way.
((There'd be at least some presence of Pelor here, but you do also have the ability to travel to the other connected civilizations, so downtime activities aren't restricted to the Citadel, they'd just be somewhat vague on my end for any place I've not studied up on!))

Trencher's input on the future of the building is he would prefer it to be a guildhall. A base with rooms for members to sleep that is clean and nice. He is not used to that and he is learning to appreciate that part of life. Also it would have safe storage capabilities for gear.
For the job, he would look to lead a job on a different land that he has not traveled to yet. He wants to see as much as he can of different landscapes.
Job: 9 and 2
For his first down time activity he is going to try the pit fighting. Depending on the outcome of how this goes, he might, or might not do more pit fighting, or try other things.
Pit fighting rolls: Athletics check: 18
Swapping out the acrobatics check for the weapon attack roll; 15
Mialee also votes for a well apportioned guild hall. She suggests that there be allowances made for improving the workspaces in the forge area, especially.
For her first downtime activity, she uses the materials from Granny Boom Boom's in the Night Market to construct specialty arrows; specifically, ones that can deal non lethal damage, ones that can carry messages, and arrows especially made to inflict poison or some other danger into whatever they hit. She also asks Milo Slate if he has any advice for either how to construct these effectively, or on what other sorts of arrows he thinks could be useful.
What would you like me to roll for this? Possibly applicable proficiencies of mine are sleight of hand (expertise) and thieves tools- tragically, Mialee has only lightly dabbled in tinkering thus far.
ooc: may i use the steady aim feature from Tasha's? It's the optional third level feature for rogues.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
The Tandor led job goes alright, but with a series of distractions and complications that kept resulting in setbacks.
((Feel free to put a narrative spin on your roll of 10 if you wish.))
If Tandor wants to try to find information about crafting an amulet of the devout, that would be a research roll. (-50 gp and an Int Check, advantage if he has access to a Temple library (not sure how things were left with his home church?).)
If he wants to soup kitchen it up, I'd say you could flavor that as either work or religious service. In either case, you can make a check to see if you can get support in terms of ingredients, space, etc, using Cha (Persuasion).
I did extend an offer to allow re-flavored scroll scribing in the form of single use prayer items, eg a set of prayer beads that allows a single casting of guidance.
Trencher leads a job to Shankhabhumi, and is amazed by the contrast to his homeland. While both are mountainous, he is used to mountains dominated by fire, where here, water takes the forefront, with forested swampland and rivers between the tall, soft mountains that flow down to the coastline. It turns out here is where Sid Squid sourced his huge prawns, and when he needed to restock, who better to provide support to him and his sous chefs than the (still) reigning champions?
It required a bit of time on boats, which was perhaps a bit disconcerting for a few members of the party, but in the end, prawns were secured for transport back to the Night Market in a decent payday for the Company, a few fun days of prawn fishing, and a promise from Sid that if they needed anything he can be on the lookout for, or other help he can provide, to let him know.
((Sid has extended a favor, if there is something he can do or help out within his day to day at the Market, Trencher can ask it of him.))
To relax a bit after the job is done, Trencher seeks out a bit of rough and tumble, after all, he couldn't hit Sid's prawns too hard, so better to find a willing stranger. Of course, it isn't quite as easy as just rolling up and punching someone for money, he has to pay his dues before being able to take part in one of the matches.

Mialee sketches out some ideas that she's not sure if it's feasible from the parts she got from the market or not, but some things that would add to her tools at hand when it comes to arrows. She'd been planning on asking Dain or Alston for help with the actual crafting back when she bought them, and it seems that Mixtli's days have been filled with his own projects, but she at least has thoughts.
((Let's have an INT check for Mialee, with proficiency, since she knows arrows, to reflect her planning and ideas. Milo would be available to help with crafting, as Mialee doesn't have much experience herself. I didn't put it in the list of downtime activities, as it was time and gold intensive, but perhaps I should have... you could also spend time training in a language or tool, but it takes 10 weeks (-1 week per INT mod) at 25 gp per week training with an instructor to gain a new proficiency. Takes a while, but a way to gain proficiency without multiclassing.))
((Yep, I'm fine with steady aim.))
