Haldur can see difference in the snow, tracks but he's not sure from what.
Hrain, however, being ever vilginate leader notices a good rise ahead. It's not much but it will prevent the cold wind from blowing at the party at least in one direction! He deems it to be the best place to settle for the night.
Survival checks for something to build a fire with, you'll definitely need it!

"Captain," Haldur calls out to Hrain once the paladin is not busy with securing a rest site for the party, "I saw some tracks, over there." The mercenary points them out with his halberd, using it's pike-pointed top as an indicator. "I can't be sure what they are from, but I wanted you and the others aware of them. We must remain vigilant out here, even at rest."

"I'd hate to see what roams out here." Folzu says as the mention of tracks are made. "Dont make a fuss over me either. Not a scratch here either getting out of the camp."
Lyra still wont mention anything about her well-being, but now that she's stopped walking she seems awefully pale, even when taking the scathing cold surrounding them into account.

Now that Lyra's stopped walking she seems awfully pale.
Father Pat walks over to Lyra and says "I am not sure we've formally introduced but I believe I may have seen you around the Camp. My name is Father Patrick Michael O'Shannessy, you may call me Father Pat, or Padre but not Patrick Michael O'Shannessy - only my mother, Chauntea rest her soul, called me that and usually when I was in trouble. She had a voice on her that one, outdid anything I could ever do on a parade ground, now lets have a look here" (Medicine Check: 12). He thinks for a minute and decides to use 5 Hp from his Lay on Hands pool to cure her poison. He says after he has finished "that should make you feel a bit better."
AA or Vy help me out here with what is actually wrong so I can provide the appropriate cure. If the Medicine check fails he will just lay on hands for 10 HP of healing from his Lay on Hands Pool
No Longer required - see post from AA (No. #1538)
As he is seeking to heal Lyra he says "it's so cold you wouldn't put a dog out in it(Father Pat's Constitution Check: 8) so make sure you keep warm, you hear?" He then goes over to Haldur and says "right soldier, now that the lady is looked after, lets have a look at you" (Medicine Check: 6). He thinks for a minute and decides that to use 5 Hp from his Lay on Hands pool to cure his poison. He says after he has finished "that should make you feel a bit better."

Pat finds that Lyra is poisoned but as for her dower mood it's more or less the day's events. As for Hrian (that's Phade's character not Traveler) the Captain seems battle weary but nothing else seems wrong.

Sometimes a Nat 1 tells a better story than a Nat 20 ever could.
Teeth already beginning to chatter from the cold, Folzi looks through their supplies and attempts to build a fire. "Jeezus... I'll be happy when we can get out of this cold once and for all." As he digs away some of the snow to make room for a fire, something shiny buried in the snow catches his eye. He pulls out a golden amulet with a green gem in the center. "Hmm, what's this..."After looking at it for a few moments, he shrugs and places it around his neck to examine further later. He then returns to the task of trying to get a fire started.
(Survival check made above at 1534. I didn't specify it was for a fire since you said at 1532 to make Survival checks to build one.)
Working together the entire party sets up a reasonable camp. It's secure against the cold but now watch needs to be established to protect the camp as some of the party sleeps.

Nicknack putters around the camp, taking measurements and gauging the angle of the wind. "I grew up in the forest, not in such wilderness as this, but I believe that if we arrange the sleeping spaces just about here, these rocks will bear the brunt of the wind and give us some space for rest. Plus, this little rise here should be high enough that we could build a small fire and its light not shine out over the whole Waste." He tries to visualize the angle with his hands, then gives up and climbs the rise, only to be knocked back down the hill by a sudden blast of frigid air. "Yes, you get the idea," he groans, knocking snow and dirt off of his shabby prison attire. His boots stand out, much more nicely made than anything else he owns except for his copper-leaved spellbook.
Later, he volunteers to take one of the middle watches. He sleeps fitfully, not staying asleep for more than an hour or so at a stretch.

As the party settles into campsite Hrain spotted who's constructing tents trying to build a fire etc..? Survival checks and people can offer help too.

Haldur will readily Help anyone who begins setting up the group's campsite.
OOC: Seems fair enough to say Folzi and Haldur working together make a fire. Hrian finds the best place to camp. A check for tents then?
