Meepo lets out a "Yip!" as the last blight falls...
That brings us to Belak...
You all suddenly hear eerie chanting and look towards the darkness... as you look over grey grasping weeds and vines suddenly sprout from the ground and begin to grab at those previously engaged with the twins...
(I believe everyone except Grom and Shake who hide or took cover is within the radius of 20' of the dead twins (sharwyn and Talgen) so please make a DC 12 Strength saving throw)
Question/point of clarification: Does Belack have to see his target for whatever spell or ability he is using? Unless he moves out of the darkness or has something like Devil Sight that allows him to see through magical darkness, he can't see either (at least that is the most common ruling I've seen in games and what I use - nothing in the spell indicates the caster can see but nobody else does).

Sure, let's discuss real quick.. the spell is entangle.. I don't see verbiage in the description that says target "that you can see".. normally if that's a requirement its specified in the spell description. There is a requirement for spell casting under the section called "a clear path to the target" (https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/basic-rules/spellcasting#AClearPathtotheTarget) which does specify "you must have a clear path to it, so it can't be behind total cover," however darkness isn't cover. Belak would have known your positioning before he cast darkness and retreated into it.. additionally this is his "lair", so he should know the layout and terrain pretty well. Does that help?

You all manage to swat down, or batter away the vines attempting to grapple you...
The remaining twig blight stumbles towards the downed twins and attempts to rake its claw like fingers down Talien's armor...

Arxius quickly shrugs off her pack and goes rifling through it, pulling out one of the bombs they found early in their adventure and her tinderbox, she lights the fuse and throws the bomb as close to the middle of the darkness as she can.
As an action, a character can light this bomb and throw it at a point up to 30 feet away. When it explodes, all creatures within 10 feet of the bomb must make a DC 13 Constitution saving throw, taking 3d6 thunder damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one. Additionally, all creatures within 20 feet must make a DC 10 Dexterity saving throw, taking 1d6 piercing damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one.
Throw: 4 +3 for Dex, if it counts as a simple weapon then +5 Damage for 10ft: 13 Damage for 20ft: 6
Hopefully it will disrupt his concentration at least.
“I have three more. Here,” she tosses one to Alten. “See what damage you can do.”
[we all have a shot before he strikes again so maybe we should just see what we can do with these bombs if another two people want to use their action for it Arxius will pass them on, I completely forgot I had these]
I assume Belak is still hidden by this magic cloud?

If we threw the bombs at the darkness directly instead of at the target would we have disadvantage? Asking for a friend. XD
