Gundren's location is likely at the Goblin Castle or the Goblin Castle is the best place to look for that information. Convince the Princess or her steward to participate in the negotiations. [reward: ???] 5/side quest: Try joining the Fists of Justice Adventuring Guild [reward: Fists of Justice membership] 6/side quest: Investigate Thornton's Shop and Exchange [reward: ???] 7/side quest: Investigate Sister Garaele [reward: ???] 8/side quest: Bring the lionshield coster's crates to the lionshield coster shop. this quest has grown increasingly difficult due to the party's poor reputation. Gerrack nods in greeting to the others. "N-nothing has c-come in or out of that t-t-tunnel since w scouted it," he tells the party.
Gerrack will follow in after the others when they decide to enter, and would do so stealthily if possible towards the middle or back of the group, leaving the scouting to others.

When in the woods and near the tunnel, Gniff would again cast Speak with Animals and take a few moments to call out to Quinn. He hopes the buck is nearby and able to hear his calls.
Of course Quinn would have his opinion but Gniff would assume the beast would not want to go in to a tunnel. If that is the case he would direct him to go to the mansion and await the halfling there.
Otherwise, Gniff joins the group in the center of the group, his shield strapped on.
Quinn agrees to wait and spy around the mansion. Should be easy for a deer to look like he belongs near an abandon mansion in a forest. (OOC: go ahead and give me a perception check with Quinn.)
Gimble leads the party into the tunnel. he moves the fake rock out of the way that was covering the tunnel entrance. the tunnel is dark but thankfully Gimble's dark vision allows him to see without any sort of assistance. Gimble carefully leads the party quickly and quietly through the tunnel. thankfully he spotted no Red Brand Bandits using the tunnel to exit. Sildar right behind Gimble. Sildar being human lacks the ability to see in this dark tunnel without assistance. He manages to be stealthy and not bump into Gimble as Gimble leads the group. Misty is behind sildar, She uses her companion Sabastian to help her see, unfortunately Misty manages to kick or step on every rock as she walks through the tunnel making excessive noise. Gniff on the other hand doesn't understand what the group is trying to do and does not try to be stealthy (OOC: if you don't like that version feel free to come up with your own version of how Gniff is failing the stealth check.) Branch also not paying attention or thinking that the dark will make them stealthy enough does not try to sneak at all while they travel in the tunnel. Gerrack almost always alert and aware manages to see pretty well in the tunnel despite the lack of dark vision or seeing assistance. watches behind the party to make sure they aren't followed.
Gimble leads the party through the tunnel and slows the party and eventually stops as the tunnel opens up to a room. the room is above them. the tunnel opens up into a big trench or crevasse. multiple rope bridges go across the trench in the floor of this room. Gimble hears voices, that being the reason he halted the groups progression. Sildar: (to the party[in a whisper]) "It certainly sounds like we are in the right place. I do not plan on taking any captives. If they surrender before we start fighting i'll take them in alive. I doubt that they will comply."
(OOC: Gimble's perfect roll negated the failures so the party has successfully sneaked into the base.)

(OOC: no rolls needed, i'll use your guys perception rolls i asked for when checks are needed in this room.) the walls of the trench are sloped so you can walk out of the trench with ease. You can hear the bandits talking past the second rope bridge. (OOC: top right corner of the room.)

It’s a few voices I hear although I can’t make out what is being said or how many.
