Using the Knight of the Order background from SCAG, but can change that to Noble or something if you prefer. I figure the knightly order has a purpose of defending Georgia against the devils that besiege it.
I figured that the campaign setting makes Abyssal & Infernal suitable languages to know - "understand your enemy"
