"Hels dir, friend." Andrømeda responds with her usual boisterousness, shrugging off her backpack and beginning to rifle through it. "Meg companions and Am ha some perler's for du to look at." As she speaks she begins pulling out the gem's, passing 5 of them to Sael and 5 to Kwisatz, standing and holding the last 5 of them out for Halia to see.
For Sael, Kwiz, and Andrømeda:
Halia cocks her head towards the three of you once Andrømeda starts speaking. She squints her eyes and leans in a little bit like she's trying to make sense of what Andrømeda is saying through her accent. "Perlers?" she says confused. Then, she looks down at what Andrømeda is holding. "Ah. Gotcha. Okay. You want me to appraise these, yes?"
As she says that, she has already started gather the gems and getting her appraisal tools out. First, she separates the gems into groups of like kind. You see that she made two groups of 4, 1 group of 2, and then the last 5 are set aside together in their own group. One by one, she inspects each gem with a practice hand and eye, knowing exactly what she's looking for in order to identify and assess each gem.
After a handful of minutes of silent, concentrated analysis, she finally speaks up while she starts putting her tools away. "Okay, so what you have here," she points to a pile of four gems that are opaque gray-black, "is hematite. This pile," then she points to the other group of four gems that are opaque light and dark blue with yellow flecks, "is lapis lazuili. These two, here," pointing at a group of two gems that are transparent pale blue, "are blue quartz." Taking a breath, she points at the group of mixed gems, "And here," she continues, "you have a variety of gems: a banded agate, moss agate, rhodochrosite, a tiger eye, and a piece of turquios."
She stops talking long enough to let you register what she's just said before continuing on. "I would be willing to buy the lot of them from you for 150 gold. Based on the size of each of the gems and the quality - they're on the lower end, if I'm being honest - each of these gems is worth about 10 gold by itself. So, 150 for the lot of them."
Again, she pauses for a moment to let you consider what she just said, then says, "So? What do you think? I gotta get closed up here, so take it or leave it."
"I don't know much of gems myself... other than those used as spell components of course..." Kwisatz says as Halia gives her price, but he is an ok judge of character, so how does he he feel about what she's said? insight22
"... so that seems fair to me." Kwisatz finishes, ready to take his share ((30g each times 4 = 120 + 30g 'party fund' = 150... sound good all?)), and head to the townmaster
"Det's maat, many thanks friend." Andrømeda says, pocketing her gold, leaving Rush's share and the rest with the others, giving both of them a fond pat on their shoulders. "If du get our reward at de head man, I vill get it from du at de Inn, Ja?" She finishes, before stepping out of the exchange and walking toward the temple.
Now that your business is done at the Exchange, I am under the impression that Sael and Kwisatz want to go to Townmaster's Hall and Andrømeda is going to Darrin's?
Andrømeda walks from the Phandalin Miner's Exchange over to the Shrine of Luck and directly behind that is Darrin's cottage. The shrine, itself, isn't a building, but an outdoor place where folks of all walks of life can come and give thanks, or ask for help, or whatever it is that lays heavy on their hearts. Darrin, being the only Cleric that lives in town permanently, has been tending to the shrine and the people who seek it out.
When Andrømeda walks up, Darrin is sitting on his front porch which overlooks the shrine, seemingly enjoying the evening air and divine light show of a sunset. He sees you approaching and says, "So, you made it back safely, I see." It's hard to tell because of his tortle facial features and gravelly voice, but you think he's smiling and sounds appreciative to see you back alive.
For Kwisatzand Sael:
Sael and Kwisatz make their way over to the Townmaster's Hall with its sturdy stone walls, a pitched wooden roof, and a bell tower at the back. They can tell that the hall is near to closing up. Townmaster Harbin is there. He sees the two of you walk, recognizing you as the group that took the three jobs that you did, and he says, "Ah! You're back. How wonderful. Darrin told me that he found you half-way between Gnomengarde and Umbrage Hill. I hope Andrømeda has been helpful. She was eager to join when I mentioned the trouble with Willem and the mimic. So, how have we fared with the other two jobs?"

"Vas dir any doubts my friend," Andrømeda says with a grin, raising her arm to flex and giving her bicep a couple hardy slaps. She makes her way to him, dropping her bag, then pulling her greataxe from her back, sitting crosslegged on the ground in front of Darrin's porch and resting the blade across her lap. She takes a few moments to admire the view with him, her enthusiastic grin slipping to a more peaceful smile as she too appreciates the evening sky in comfortable silence for a time, before it slips away entirely. "Sadly," she continues, her expression somewhat subdued, "Am can't say de same for alle."

I do hope we won't have to go recover their bodies later on. As for your last question, all I know about the dragon is what news and jobs I post on that board out front. If you didn't see it on the way in, you should go take a look. A few things have happened since you all left. It seems like the dragon's appearances have become somewhat more common lately and thus, the people who will need your help is increasing every day. There are a couple of new jobs posted out there, as well, as a result. Take a look when you can. Just know that some of these people are going to need help sooner rather than later."
"Well," and he turns around to pick up two pouches off of the desk that's behind him, "you completed the tasks. Here is your payment." He hands the two pouches over. ((They each contain 50gp.))
Just before he leaves the conversation, he adds one last thought, "Since the danger is increasing with these jobs, the standard payment is increasing, as well. Any jobs you complete out there will earn your team 100 gold, each."

Andrømeda gets up from the Tortle's front porch after saying her goodbyes and makes her way back to Stonehill Inn. When she walks in, she sees the Innkeeper talking with a group of patrons near the front door.

Andrømeda can see the Innkeeper notice her and he smiles, mid-sentence, and holds a finger up. He says, "I'll be right there, ma'am," and he finishes up his conversation. Andrømeda can hear him say, "Some folk claim to have seen the dragon flying through the high clouds. At that distance, it’s hard to gauge the creature’s size, but some say it’s as big as an elephant and has gleaming white scales.”
Rush doesn't hear Mr. Stonehill's conversation, but it's hard to miss the almost unnaturally tall human barbarian enter the inn.

Sael is still clearly a bit tired, but she accepts the 50g while quietly handing over a letter of her own, and asks "This isn't for the entire party, correct? This is per person payment? I'd be happy to take a look at the board, but perhaps it should wait 'till tomorrow morning." She turns to Kwiz. "If we're going to continue together, might we wait for everyone to look at jobs at once?"

For Andrømeda and Rush:

((The gold is for the party. Each job is worth a certain amount to be split - or pocketed - as you all see fit. You got a total of 100gp from the Townmaster for the 2 jobs.))

Sael looks at the expression on Harbin's face, and sighs. She takes 25g for herself, looks at Kwiz and says "Well? What do you think? Should we wait for the others before checking out the jobs? And do you want to hold on to the other 25g or should I give it to whoever you don't?"
