Marvarax charges into the bush swinging wildly. He nicks Polly who avoids the brunt of the damage, but panics.
He bares his steel and goes toe to toe with the monster. He stabs the Dragon-man, but Marvarax retaliates in a Frenzy, now seeing clearly where his foe stands, and Polly falls.
(i know you can attack twice, I just find that the wording of uncanny dodge is a little vague because it says when an attacker hits with an attack, which is just correct grammar, not necessarily meaning a single attack. That wouldl Lead me to believe that on any attack Uncanny dodge could be used)
Horatio Hirschfeld - Squire imbued with fae powers, in the Coliseum of Conquest (W2/L1) DM for Reavers of Harkenwold, and sometimes The Fighting Grounds of the Coliseum
( that was the part i was confused about, however, I still think that regardless of the number of strikes an attack has it is all part of an attack action)

Uncanny Dodge does not say one attack,
Starting at 5th level, when an attacker that you can see hits you with an attack, you can use your reaction to halve the attack’s damage against you.
