I get that you haven't implemented the tech to have companions in the Extras tab with scalable stats, and I appreciate that you're putting things like Primal and Drake Companion stats in the Features section and the Actions section for now. But I notice that there are no clickable buttons to roll things for the Drake, is that due to the same tech limitations, or has it just not been implemented yet?
Should the sorcerer’s Draconic lineage allow for Gem dragons?
No. that wasn't presented in the book, so there's nothing to reflect.

Trying to get your physical content on Beyond is like going to Microsoft and saying "I have a physical Playstation disk, give me a digital Xbox version!"

I don't have an answer to your question, but if you are looking for a stat block with rollable buttons, you could homebrew one with the drake's states. Another regular here put together a google sheets document that produces the text/"code" you need for making to hit and damage notations rollable when creating/editing homebrew monsters. It's available here. Once done, the drake can be added via the misc. section of the extras tab.
Beyond only being a longsword, it doesn't look like the Dragon's Wrath Weapon is fully implemented as it a) doesn't allow you to select what type of dragon it comes from, and b) it doesn't automatically roll the 1d6 to 3d6 of bonus damage.

a) From the very first post of this thread:
Dragon’s Wrath Weapon. Please be aware that for this hoard magic item, we have defaulted the weapon to a longsword. In the future we plan to make it so that such magic items allow the selection of the weapon type when the magic item is added to a character sheet. For now, if you wish to grant a Dragon’s Wrath Weapon, that isn’t a longsword, please use our homebrew tools in order to create a magic item using the appropriate Dragon’s Wrath Weapon, then change the base weapon to the one you want. Please do not publish this homebrew - it can be openly shared within any campaign that you are in without publishing.
b) no magic weapon automatically rolls bonus/additional damage types yet.
I played around with the home brewed versions of the Dragon's Wrath Weapon. Something with the way it was loaded was stopping it from rolling the addition 1d6 to 3d6 damage. I changed it from "additional" to a specific type of damage and deleted the long (unnecessary) restriction text, then DnDBeyond started to roll all the damage together.

Using Beyond20, I am assuming. Since additional dice do not roll at all by default.
So I encountered something that I have not seen mentioned in this thread or elsewhere. I have not purchased this book on dndbeyond. However, I have the entire book on my account. I checked my order history to make sure that I didn't preorder and just forgot, and I did not order it. I cannot use the information in the character builder, but I have full access to it everywhere else on the site.
This sounds like someone you're in a campaign with is sharing the book with you
Like an idiot I purchased Fizban's on the mobile app. I don't have access to any of it's content and it's not listed in my purchases on the site. Please tell me I'm not going to have to purchase it twice to be able to see it.

Chances are you are logged into one account on the app and another account on the website interface. (It happens more than one might think). Since this is account and purchase related, to resolve it you will need to submit a support ticket by clicking on the “contact us” link below. Please be patient and do not submit multiple tickets for the same issue.
Its a known issue with some Android users. If you do do full data deletion and then log back in, it should be there, but you'll also need to re-download everything. Very frustrating. You may need to completely uninstall and reinstall the app.

The Individual greatwyrms are missing their mythic actions when put into the character builders extra page

The first line, "Certain magic items can absorb the ambient magic of a dragon’s hoard."
Does this mean only magic items can become hoard items?
I'll give that a try thank you so much!
Hi, I have updated the app a couple of times and can't seen to find fizban on the DnD beyond app
