Syncing Entitlements
If you don’t see any of the content from the source, please be sure to resync your entitlements. You can do so by following these steps:
Once completed, your content should appear! If you experience any issues accessing your content, please contact our Support Team.
ENABLING CONTENT FOR YOUR CHARACTER
To use content from Monsters of Drakkenheim in the character builder, you will need to set the character preferences to include Drakkenheim source category (see the .gif below).
NEW MONSTERS
The book features over 200 new monsters. These monsters are mostly supported with the following exceptions:
Epic Monsters. Some of the new monsters are labeled "epic" and include special rules outlined in the book. These have been tagged as "Epic Monsters" to help you find them easily when searching throughout the site.
These epic monsters also have scaling HP dependent on party size. The listings for epic monsters have been calculated for a party of four and have an additional trait outlining how to scale the HP for various party sizes.
NEW MAGIC ITEMS
The book features over 50 new magic items. These magic items are mostly supported with the following exceptions:
Actions on Magic Items. Some of the new magic items grant specific actions as part of their magic. D&D Beyond doesn’t currently support the ability to attach actions directly to magic items; we have included charges and associated spells where appropriate, but in the case that an item’s functionality is otherwise text-only, we recommend creating Custom Actions on the character sheet to represent those items.
Tentacle Whip. This magic item features an increased Reach of 20 ft. D&D Beyond cannot support the extended reach for magic weapons.
NEW SPELLS
The book features 16 new spells including several from Sebastian Crowe's Guide to Drakkenheim. These spells are mostly supported with the following exception:
Contaminated Spells. Some of the new spells include the "contaminated" descriptor beside their school of magic. These have been tagged as "Contaminated" to help you find them easily when searching throughout the site.
NEW CONDITIONS
This book includes 22 new conditions including contamination. D&D Beyond is unable to support new conditions.
LEGACY TAG
This book provides 2024 updates to some of the monsters, magic items, and spells featured in the Dungeons of Drakkenheim. Previous listings created for the 2014 rules have been updated with the "Legacy" tag.
Nothing from Monsters of Drakkenheim is showing up in my character sheets. None of the spells or items are but it looks like the monsters are. I even made a new character specifically trying to make it show up and still nothing.

Send this message to the higher-ups:PLEASE hire & retain more people to get this site to support everything put on it.
Or, at least, explain WHY the site allegedly isn't able to support things. Because people need a more concrete explanation than "Spaghetti coding" at this point.

Spells are not showing on characters sheets.
This exactly. None of the content shows up for me but my account says it's in sync. Just checked again and still no content from Monsters of Drakkenheim. You'd think this would be addressed before they rolled it out.

It's definitely an issue. I wish they would be a little more custom content friendly.
Reposting my issue in the CORRECT thread. I am also having issues with having the license for this content synced up, but the options are NOT showing up in the character creator. It's not on my desktop OR on the mobile app.
Specifically, I want to add the "Controlled Mutation" spell to my character's spells, and while it shows up in the regular spell index where everything is, it is NOT available in the menu where you go to actually add the spell to the character sheet.
With this many people having the same issue (and I'm sure way more are too and just not finding or posting here) it's a safe bet that the "you're doing something wrong" idea is not correct and it's a problem on dndbeyond.
Also they shouldneed are legally obligated to tell people upfront that parts of the content isn't going to work. If I am buying something on DnDBeyond to use on DnDBeyond it needs to work on DnDBeyond. That seems like something that doesn't even need to be said. Why would anyone pay more money for a product just for the creator to make less money off of it for it NOT to work on the platform they bought it on? I could just buy the physical book or PDF if all I wanted to do was read it. We are told the books we buy on here cost more because it costs money to port them over into this platform. If you're not doing that what in the world are we paying for?

Yes. This is a problem on the site's end not the users. Even if the moderators find someone who says "no" there are enough paying people saying "yes, they are in sync and I'm still having problems". In fact, from this thread and others on the forum I haven't seen a single person say they bought the book and everything is working. So maybe drop the "Are your entitlements in sync?" line (because that is clearly not the issue and repeating it over and over just makes it look like DnDBeyond is trying to skirt responsibility) and start saying "We know there is a problem on our end and we are working on fixing it". Maybe throw in an apology and a couple of bucks on everyone's account who bought the book and are now being used as unwilling beta testers.

Some spells are not showing on DnD Beyond (Grievous Wounds and Vile Necrosis as examples) - They are not "contaminated" spells. Please advise.
The name link at the top of the stat block for the Lord of the Feast links to the legacy page for him, not his new glow up.
Nothing from Monsters of Drakkenheim is showing up in my character sheets. None of the spells or items are but it looks like the monsters are. I even made a new character specifically trying to make it show up and still nothing.
Grievous Wounds and Vile Necrosis definitely exist. Where exactly are they not showing up?

Yes. Also it is not possible to "resync" entitlements. There is no button for it.
I can’t share a screenshot but when I look at my account it says “your entitlements are in sync”. No option to resync them shows up.
There’s instructions here on how to share images:

On that same page, is the book listed under Current Product Licenses?
https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/licenses
Do you have Drakkenheim enabled for that character?

"We are unable to support new conditions"
Is becoming a refrain I'm not fond of.

Yes. I have it enabled. I have tried disabling and re-enabling it. I have tried creating a new character even. The content does not show up.

Can confirm. The new spells are NOT in the character creator, with everything turned on.

Some of the content is working now.
