Hi there! I'm not sure if this was addressed before but I tried making a Dreamers Nightwatcher FIghter at Level 1. Either my math is wrong or my initiative seemed a bit too high? +9 to initiative roll? For reference my dexterity mod is +3, proficiency bonus +2 but my initiative mod is +9?
No, that typo was definitely fixed, and that spell has nothing to do with Unarmed Strikes. Can you be more specific about whatever issue you're seeing?

For some strange reason, when taken as spells outside of the Shadowsteel Adept feat, the shadowsteel curses level up properly in their spell save DC and are not treated as being capable of being upcasted... So the only way for them to work as intended on the sheet... Is not to have them work as intended on the sheet.
On the Monster Hunter, they are not able to take the Advanced Weapon Proficiency fighting style until level 8, when they should be able to take it at level 2 as they meet the prerequisite of having access to the Fighting Style Feature.
I seem to have an issue with the 2024 bard's magical secret feature. All the new speels for clerics wizards and druids do not appear as an option to pick for magical secrets. Anyone knows sth about it? any workaround so far? I ensured to enable all of the partnered content.

I am confused on this as well as the class allow me to use the Grim hollow Advance Masteries already. Can we use them without that one Fighting style? Its that unique to Monster Hunter Class?
Public Mod Note

Technical limitation -- see first post

Rules-wise, you can only use those if you have the Advanced Weapon Proficiency feat. A Monster Hunter can select that feat at level 2 through their Fighting Style feature.
The character sheet isn't currently able to restrict the selection of those masteries, as described in the first post.

This book features 1 new class, the Monster Hunter. The Monster Hunter is mostly supported, with these few exceptions:
Monster Grimoire & Improved Monster Grimoire. As determining what ability checks or saving throws would be made pertaining to any particular monster type is up to player and DM discretion, we have not added the outlined bonuses to the character sheet as they would be persistent and disregard relation to your chosen Monster Types.
Contrary to this note, the Monster Grimoire feature only applies to ability checks, not saving throws. As such it is actually possible, and pretty easy, for players to add its benefits to their sheet by way of Custom Skills: one each for Intelligence and Wisdom, and one each for any skill in which the character is already proficient and gets expertise when using the grimoire's knowledge (in the example pictured here the character already gets proficiency in Arcana). Might be worth editing the first post to suggesting this approach?
I found a (very) minor issue on the Monster Hunter class page. The anchor hash for the Core Monster Hunter Traits section is "#CoreBarbarianTraits", not "#CoreMonsterHunterTraits".
Grim Hollow: Player's Guide introduces a new unique system called Transformations, that allows players to take on features of monsters either by choice or by accident. This is a added layer of mechanics for players that D&D Beyond is unable to support. The content for Transformations is still included in the compendium in Chapter 6, but is not supported within in the character builder.
The D&DBeyond Marketplace page (https://marketplace.dndbeyond.com/category/DBCMZU4R2) for this says "Compatible with the D&D Beyond character builder." It is in the Product Details. Does this mean that Transformations and the rest of the book are now compatible and supported? If not, why is THAT not made clear on the page where it is being sold?
Currently, the mouseovers for the "Scatter" weapon property which appear on the Advanced Ranged Weapons table show the wrong text: that of the "Scatter" weapon mastery property that appeared in The Gunslinger: Valda's Spire of Secrets. They need to be differentiated in some way so that there is a working [wprop] tag for each of them.
Grim Hollow races that have spells attached to them are still not allowing you select between Intelligence, WIsdom or Charisma. NOR are they auto adjusting if you are a spellcasting class. Which they are supposed to.

"Not getting cut into bloody littles slices, That's the key to a sound plan."
The Eldritch Domain's advantage on saving throws to avoid or end the Charmed and Frightened conditions, doesn't seem to show up in the modifiers for saving throws.

Do you have any feats, like Alert?
Can confirm that this is not fixed. The unarmed strike is still pulling from Strength instead of Dexterity.

This seems to be correct as far as I can tell. The book itself makes no mention of unarmed strikes there either.

That's a technical limitation, but there's a feat you can use. See the first post for instructions.

The Repeater Crossbows do not show how many Bolts their Magazine's can contain. You have to go directly to the book to find that info.

is there a way to purchase the physcial players guide book? Is it out, or only through Kickstarter.

The Dragonborn's powerful build doesn't work, it seems to be lacking the modifier for carrying capacity.
