Looks like the issue is with the very rare (AC 18) variant specifically, as it shouldn't be adding Dexterity at all. It seems like the problem is that DDB really needs a new modifier to implement this as the item behaves like armour, but isn't armour (so making it magic armour as a kludge wouldn't work).
Tortles have a natural minimum AC, that same modifier would probably work for the very rare version as a stop-gap? If any of the staff are interested the Tortle uses the Set -> Minimum Base Armor modifier, it would need a fixed value of 18 to work as expected I think.

Monthly check-in to see if Tasha's has been fully implimented yet. no? Shame. Good to hear containers has gone live. Sad to see UA is no longer supported. RIP. Surprised to read (above) Theros is also not implimented fully. Amazed but not surprised really.
Fingers crossed I can make the Clockworksoul Sorceror / Armorer Artificer characters eventually! Rooting for you. Back in another month hoping for progress.
I guess I'll hold off making that Satyr Oath of Ancients Paladin too. Ah well.
Yeah nah no progress, no estimated resolution, and they cut a broad feature too lol
I sometimes wonder if WotC backed the wrong horse.
When trying to remove the Artificer infusion replication magical item spellwrought tattoo, the page crashes and is leaving the tattoo on my character sheet.

I was trying to build a pact of the genie warlock to level 19 (I got invited to the last few sessions of a friend's campaign), and it's not giving me the option to take Wish as my 9th level spell in the arcanum.
I'm building a Genie Pact Warlock too, and Genie's Vessel: Genie's Wrath isn't showing up anywhere in the Features section of the character sheet. Not even in the exhaustive "Features & Traits" tab.
Agreed, I just switched my Clerlock from archived UA to Tasha's and Genie's Wrath isn't displaying with my attacks like it used to.
Hello, hello!
I wanted to report that I'm seeing this issue as well, as of 08/12/2021.
"Genie's Vessel: Bottled Respite" is present and accounted for, but "Genie's Vessel: Genie's Wrath" is not.
Aberrant Mind - Psionic Spells. We don't currently have a method to allow swapping these spells out. We are looking at solutions for this. "Whenever you gain a sorcerer level, you can replace one spell you gained from this feature with another spell of the same level. The new spell must be a divination or an enchantment spell from the sorcerer, warlock, or wizard spell list."
Clockwork Soul - Clockwork Spell. See Psionic Spells above.
How has this not been fixed yet? I assume all the spells are tagged for school, level, etc and can be called within the app via any of those tags so why not just add a basic call to the feature that allows the spells to be changed? yet this would theatrically allow they spells to be changed at any point but thats really between the player and their DM, it would allow the app to function as the rules are written within the book. The other option would be to add the subclass spells to the spells known and add the ability to remove any spells and again leave it to the player and DM to police their characters and make sure the spells belong to the appropriate schools.
Either way this is VERY annoying and quite ridiculous that its gone unsolved this long.

They announced recently that they’re ceasing all implementation of UA content. That should accelerate the timeline for correction of problems like this.
I have a player that is a changeling abjuration wizard that just got the Duplicitous Manuscript. It is equipped and attuned but the spells are not showing up in the characters spell list. I do own the own the legendary bundle and have all content shared. I tested to see if it would work with another item I have used in the past and know works (Staff of the Woodlands) and those spells were added without a problem, so it seems to be specific to this book. Is this an issue or did I overlook something?

It's probably in a container. They'll need to move the Manuscript to Equipment and then reload the character sheet to make the spells show up.

This bug was already fixed. However, the duplicitous manuscript does not have any spells in it (make a homebrew copy and see for yourself).
This is likely because the spells can be replaced so easily.
Can confirm that no spells get added to the character sheet. I would guess that this is based on a limitation of only being able to have one 'spellbook' section in the character sheet, and so they assume you'll just add the spells into your existing 'spellbook.' The same issue appears with the Grimoire Infinitus, and it's not mentioned as a known issue on the EGtW support thread either. If there's no 'merge two spellbooks' ability and there's always a chance you'll already have some of these spells before you'll pick up the item, having the player manually add the relevants spells feels like the kind of solution they'd pick.
Is it the plan to add the wildfire spirit and the likes to the extra's menu on character sheets? it is very bad tracking it and its abilities as long as its only on the characters/spells discription.

Several of the new features and spells present Monster Statblocks which scale with your character. This includes spells that summon other creatures. The system to handle these creatures is still under development but we have included inline stat blocks wherever possible to help you reference the stats you need.

The Very Rare Barrier Tattoo still includes a negative AC bonus when calculating AC. There's a manual fix, but you still have to fix it.
Negative DEX still applies, which it should not.

There already is a modifier for this. "Ignore -> Unarmored DEX modifier".
This should be fixed now (or very shortly, due to caching)!

This has been passed along to the team. Thanks!

Now that you mention it, it looks like that information is under "Features and Traits". False alarm.
I was looking exclusively at the Actions page, where Bottled Respite is listed alone.

Yes. The first post of this thread discusses the plan for scaling stat blocks:
