Pretty much exactly what the title says. I was thinking of running Vanarakdoom as a single short adventure with some friends, but I didn't want it to get too bogged down and for me to loose interest if it took way to long. In your experience, how long is Vanarakdoom?
A "session" means many different things. I am not familiar with the module, but I figure 2-3 hours for one combat scenario, if you like to roleplay and give people time to work through combat. But I like story telling. No finesse and just hit, x damage type play, maybe 1 hour per combat? All depends on level of story telling and number of players.
I saw a one shot that said it was 3 hours, but it had 3 seperate combat scenarios and in between story and set for 8 people. I thought how do you run that so quick? Not my style I guess.
