I started DMing for my friends a the start of Covid and amazingly we have played every week without fail for almost a year now. We started with Lost Mines and now are coming to the end of STK. I've looked around and I don't see any official modules that would work for continuing for 12-20.
Does anyone know of a recommendation for something on roll20? I don't really have the time to homebrew an entire campaign with maps, plot etc and don't really have experience to trust to do it right at the this level tier either.
Personally, I plan to combine LMoP and DoIP and throw in a few home-brew scenarios to make a campaign, ending somewhere between 8th and 12th level. You don't have to go to max level to end a story.

They are level 9 now and have done LMoP, into STK and are on the last 1/3ish
AFAIK the only one published is WD Dungeon of the Mad Mage, but I am not really convinced by the result.
I would suggest going back to 3e campaigns like the D&D Adventure Path, Shackled City and Age of Worms, these are great lvl 20 campaigns

This is good advice, and I'll probably do something like this down the line when I have a little more exp DMing stuff at this level, I am kind of looking for something that I can buy on roll20 so I don't have to do so much work with maps, monster prep.
I'm actually leaning toward putting the money for another module toward source books I don't have on roll20 and and pulling some high level monsters stat blocks from there and having the Giant lords they didn't deal with progress their plans, along with some of the high level threats that never get killed off.
There would still be a Kraken, an ancient red dragon, the vonindod construct, a fire and an earth primordial, as well as 4 giant lord dungeons they haven't done, and I still haven't gotten a chance to throw some of the Volo's giant variants at them.
I strongly suggest Pipyap’s Guide to Hell. Some really good lore on the layers of Hell and some very high level campaigns as well. You can stretch any of these longer as well and create some really cool stories.
Candlekeep mysteries is coming out in about a fortnight and I understand it has a book full of one shots up to level 18. You may be able to expand on some of them to keep you chugging along.

Have you considered starting again from 1st level in a new campaign?
If the players are new to D&D, then it will give them a chance to explore a new character class.
