I'm thinking of a spell that requires a year to cast and allows people to move about but the physical state of anyone in here cannot change. Hair won't grow, people won't age, wounds won't open, entropy and growth are both stalled. I'm not sure what level to make it or what other things to add to it. I'm planning on calling it Perpetuity.
If so, it sounds like a spell that could impact the setting significantly and should be of an appropriately high level.
If you want to use the effect on a scene/adventure you are writing, just apply it to the estate you need it for, and make cause an obscure magical ritual, that either cannot be repeated (or that the people who know it can't/don't want to share).

Do you want to give the spell to your players?
