If you’re high enough magic that there is a construct store then it would start with constructs that can do one simple job (eg, a magical clamp that holds things together) for a few gold. Then you get to the stuff that Artificers can throw together - flashlights and digital recorders - that would probably go for a few hundred. Then once you start getting fully autonomous things, my rule of thumb would be 10,000 gp times CR. An animated broom costs 2500. Animated armor or a bronze sable cost 10k. Clay golem is 90 (production cost is 65).

Those are the RAW prices. They suck. I do not advise using them. Instead I prefer the Sane Magic Prices. Sane Magical Prices.pdf They charge 6k for an animated shield.
Also look for the Figurines of Wondrous Power. They are summoning items, not golems, but similar enough. Priced using SMP pdf, start at 400 gp for a single Ivory Goat (Travail), all the way up to the obsidian steed at 128k).
With regards to Clay Golem, the production cost is NOT 65k. 65k requires you to also own the Manual of Clay Golems, which is a very rare item. Do you think you could buy one for less than 5k? I would price a completed Clay Golem at least 3x the cost of raw materials. 195,000 gp.
Pg 135 of the DMG lists a chart giving pricing 'guidelines' based entirely on Rarity. Common starts at 50-100 gp, Very Rare ends at 5,001- 50,000 gp. Not particularly helpful. I strongly suggest you use the Sane Magic Item prices pdf. While it is limited to the early books (PHB, XGE) it is very well thought out by some of the people that have made money professionally selling modules. Giant In The Playground, of The Order of the Stick comic (First Order of the Stick Comic) and Order of the Stick games helped create it.

I need some help with creating a shop for different types of constructs and their appropriate pricing.

There are RAW prices? Where?
