You can use passable walls, maybe as the only way through a trapped room. .Illusion covers a pit. Or just hides the traps but that if you fail the spellsave you cannot detect traps. The treasure had illusion making it seem valuable (like gold) when it isn't. Illusionary monsters that scare you into traps or are on top of or in front of traps (which you trigger when you attack). An illusionary monster you chase into traps or a pit, or a dangerous path. A poisoned fountain with illusionary treasure in it where the illusion makes the water look clear....you take damage entering it or drinking from it. Use a gelatinous cube with treasure in it as bait...they don't see the cube.
also try having a bunch of statues that are actually monsters painted gray. Idk I’m not a trap guy

“In a hole in the ground there lived a hobbit. Not a nasty, dirty, wet hole, filled with the ends of worms and an oozy smell, nor yet a dry, bare, sandy hole with nothing in it to sit down on or to eat: it was a hobbithole, and that means comfort.”
I`m stealing this off an old TV show. Have like a 3D maze with moving corridors, but you can`t see them thanks to illusions. Also include moving illusions that make it look like they`re moving, but aren`t.
There are 3 ways I see them escaping this:
1. Successful Perception Checks each round (hearing the corridors move/not move)
2. Blindsight
3. Maybe like an enchanted Monocle or something that lets see the past the illusions.
I recently saw a video game where you play two kids who have something strange happen with their perception and in one of the puzzles the kid has to rip his head off and throw it down a pipe so he can read the instructions to open the door to the other player.
You can have entire worlds inside of an illusion dungeon that's justified as the players being in some kind of trance. You aren't limited by time, space or even sense. They could end up in the wizards classroom except it's that dream where they forgot their pants and they have to ace the quiz to open the door. Getting stuck in that time loop until you ace the quiz could be a pretty funny trap.
Illusionists also have allot of control of how things appear. They can make things seem welcoming when they are dangerous or unwelcoming when they aren't. It's going to depend on the illusionists personality and status but they may have a grand castle they make look like an old shack or visa versa. A classic example of how this can be used for traps is the fruit witches from adventure time . The basic idea is to have something seem really pleasant, don't say its suspicious just describe as being over the top nice and then do a heel turn on some trigger.
There is also allot of overlap with illusions and haunts for example the faceless malice trap which is a mirror that if you look into it, erases your face is a haunt trap but also great for illusions.

I am running an illusion-themed dungeon and want to add some traps. What should I add

Studded Leather: He does exactly what I do
Natural Armor: But better
You can go pretty crazy with illusions.
