I have a soft spot for Warlocks, and realize that one of their signature spells, Hex, conflicts with so many others, when it comes to Concentration. (I know that same argument could be made for Sorcerers, Wizards, pretty much all the full casters).
To that end, I am considering adding an Invocation to my game, called Enduring Hex. It would work essentially the same way as Bestow Curse in so much as when cast using a 5th level spell, it no longer needs Concentration, but with the added cost of burning an Invocation slot, and it is good only once per long rest.
So:
Enduring Hex (New) Prerequisite: 9th level When the Hex Spell is cast using a Warlock Spell Slot, the spell no longer requires Concentration. You may use this Invocation once per long rest.

this is fine though the invocation should require the hex spell to be known.
