I have a campaign and I have enabled content sharing because I want my campaign members to have access to the stuff I've purchased. The problem with homebrew is that I'd like to share some things, but I also have homebrew items that my players have not come across in my campaign yet and there are some potential hefty spoilers there. I have no idea what it looks like for people who are browsing the content I have shared.
If they can search by keyword, then that's fine because I can give items nonsensical names to hide them, but if they can view every homebrew item by clicking on my username or something, then that's a problem.
If you have homebrew character options, those will show up in the character builder. If you have homebrew magic items, players can only see them if they go into the "add equipment" section of the character sheet. Homebrew monsters won't show up.

Devious serpent folk devoid of compassion, yuan-ti manipulate other creatures by arousing their doubts, evoking their fears, and elevating and crushing their hopes. From remote temples in jungles, swamps, and deserts, the yuan-ti plot to supplant and dominate all other races and to make themselves gods.
