As a DM, I'm concerned that the new Dual Wielder Feat will introduce too many weapon substitutions and mastery shenanigans due to the feat's following feature:
Quick Draw. You can draw or stow two weapons that lack the Two-Handed property when you would normally be able to draw or stow only one.
In effect, this appears to enable a weapon change every single attack that is made as part of the attack action, enabling the use of 4+ different weapons (and their mastery properties) for every turn from level 5 onwards. This potentially includes the use of heavy and other two-handed weapons which RAI do not appear to be intended for regular two-weapon fighting use. I'm fine achieving interesting interactions using multiple weapons when using cooldowns like action surge or high level features including multiple extra attacks. However, I'm not comfortable allowing this in early game round after round. I also think it's highly unrealistic to draw, stow, and attack with 4 different weapons every 6 seconds, unless you activate some kind of limited cooldown.
I'm considering replacing the current 2024 version of the dual wielder feat with this HB version for my games. What does everyone else think about the proposed changes?

As a result, I have attempted to apply a temporary fix to the Dual Wielder feat: https://www.dndbeyond.com/feats/1812789-two-weapon-mastery
