I'm not too sure how to do challenge ratings and stuff, so I just put down a number. If anyone who's moar experienced with that area knows a better rating, plz let me know.
I haven't added a pic for it yet, but I'll get to it eventually.

You've got an error in the attack section 3d8 damage is an average 14 not an average of 1. It looks more like a CR 2 maybe CR 3 than a CR 4. Though it's one of those monsters that will entirely depend on the party composition, some parties will trash it easily, others will be incapable of killing it.
But more over what's the point of the monster? It's trivial to simply avoid it or sneak around it or run away from it. The flavour text suggests this monster is designed to communicate to your players that you have contempt for them and don't want to DM anymore. In which case it is a ton of effort for something that would be much more efficient to just say to your players.
Honestly, my goal with this was to create a puzzle-ish type of monster that was entirely randomized, though I did put in some weird stuff into it.
I'll adjust it as needed; thx again!

It's not a puzzle though because there is nothing the players can really do to "solve" it. They just try different damage types over and over until they find the one the works and then they either can deal > 20 damage per round of that damage type and can beat it relatively easily, or they cannot and the monster is unbeatable.
If you want it to be puzzle-y it needs to respond to players interacting with it or communicate information to the players that they can make decisions based on - for example if the damage immunity was something like "immune to the last type of damage it received" then it is a puzzle because the players can make a strategy to "solve" it by dealing different type of damage on each attack/spell. Or if it randomly changes which damage type it is vulnerable to at the start of its turn and then always deals the same type of damage as it is vulnerable to (maybe it also changes colour to telegraph it), then there is a pattern the players could figure out and thus "solve" and defeat it.

Thx for the tips!
