Maybe your dad was was an Efreeti, maybe your mum was a drunk Umber Hulk on a girls night out in Faliraki, and 9 months later you where left at an orphanage. Maybe it doesnt matter. You are a Screwed-up Genie sorcerer.
Yes, I made this one as a joke. It might even work, if your DM has a sense of humour.
Level 3: Mega Limited Wish. You can cast any of your spells without material components. This is somewhat like the metamagic Subtle-Spell, except it is only for material components, and you get it for free.
Level 6: Super Limited Wish. You can cast your spell circles, equal to your level/4 (round down), without spending spell slots, like cantrips. Thus you must be level 8 to do this with both 1st and 2nd circle spells, and level 12 to do this with third circle spells. Obviously, getting to level 36 is the target.
Level 14: Very Limited Wish. You have a second stack of sorcery points that are only used to cast spells that you don't know. This second reserve of energy is used to buy spell slots, which are immediately used to cast those spells. The healer is down and your spleen has been fireballed, BAM, very limited wish to cast a healing spell. This secondary list of sorcery points can not be used for any other purpose, and returns on a long rest.
Level 18: Quite Limited wish. You can make a CON save verses DC20 to ignore any debilitating effects of your own spells. Lets face it, you're using this on the wish spell.

When faced with an issue, most people would rather be negative than find a solution.
I think you would have to ramp it down a bit to be really playable. Even with the level cap at 20 which gives you 5th level spells without using spell slots this level 6 feature is WAY over powered imo. Even the level 3 feature is problematic as it removes a balancing factor.
Now, if those features were restricted to once/long rest or a number equal to your proficiency bonus (depending on the feature) you might make it playable. Even the 18th level feature allows for the potential of only getting to dodge the Wish effects one time.
I do like the theme (I'm currently playing a Genie Warlock).
Level 3: Mega Limited Wish. You can cast any of your spells without material components. This is somewhat like the metamagic Subtle-Spell, except it is only for material components, and you get it for free. This ability can be used a number of times (per short or long rest) equal to your proficiency Bonus.
Level 6: Super Limited Wish. You can cast your spell circles, equal to your level/6 (round down), without spending spell slots, like cantrips. Thus you must be level 6 to do this with 1st circle spells, and level 12 to do this with Second circle spells. Obviously, getting to level 54 is the target. This ability can be used a number of times (per long rest) equal to your proficiency Bonus.
Level 14: Very Limited Wish. You can now use your Sorcery points to cast spells that you do not know. The healer is down and your spleen has been fireballed, BAM, very limited wish to cast a healing spell. Obviously, overuse of this ability is going to deplete your sorcery points real fast.
Level 18: Quite Limited wish. You can make a CON save verses DC20 to ignore any debilitating effects of your own spells. Lets face it, you're using this on the wish spell. Using this ability wipes out your Sorcery points, and leaves you unable to recover them for a number of days equal to the spell circle. During this time, your Sorcerer is going to coughing, spluttering, complaining that the sky is too heavy, and moaning about your fireballed spleen pains.
Hows that?

Good luck with it!
Thanks dude. How about these amendments.
