I'm trying to make a lowish level armor like Guts's Berserker armor from Berserk.
Armor (half plate), rare (requires attunement by a you must spent 1 hour to attune to this armor, by speaking with the demons within.)
A pitch black armor, heavily stained in blood.
While wearing this armor, when struck, you take an additional 1d4(minimum 1) piercing damage.
This armor has 1 Charge that can be used for the following features.
Rage (1 Charge)
In battle, you fight with primal ferocity. On your turn, you can enter a rage as a bonus action.
While raging, you gain the following benefits.
You have advantage on Strength checks and Strength saving throws.
When you make a melee weapon attack using Strength, you gain a bonus to the damage roll that increases as you gain levels, as shown in the Rage Damage column of the Barbarian table.
You have resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage.
If you are able to cast spells, you can’t cast them or concentrate on them while raging.
Your rage lasts for 1 minute. It ends early if you are knocked unconscious or if your turn ends and you haven’t attacked a hostile creature since your last turn or taken damage since then. You can also end your rage on your turn as a bonus action.
Once you have raged the number of times shown for your barbarian level in the Rages column of the Barbarian table, you must finish a long rest before you can rage again.
Heal (1 Charge)
Can heal for 1d10.
Half plate consists of shaped metal plates that cover most of the wearer's body. It does not include leg protection beyond simple greaves that are attached with leather straps.
It's just my opinion, but I think you should put something in the item's description to explain why you take additional piercing damage when you are struck while wearing it because that seems counter-intuitive unless I know what's going on. The other features seem ok to me and make it an interesting magic item.

In concept it sounds balanced enough to me to be a level 3-5 item.
You might want to reword the bits you took from the Barbarian Rage feature to avoid references to the Barbarian table itself ;)
