I know but I want to create a version of it that isn't about spellcasting or from what I've seen on the D&D Wiki there isn't a Geomancer class that has been created but first I want to create a non-magical Audiomancer where most of the abilities require concentration and there to be a sound made so either the DM or Player could say that they're making a sound and then using X ability
I know. I understand. My point is that if you're going to remove spellcasting from the bard, you might as well make it a subclass for another class. Monk seems like it could fit very well into that theme.
that's why I'd rather just make a new class just as soon as I figure out what kind of skills I want to give the class I know I want to give the class an ability called Synesthesia which would be more passive as it allows the player to see sound but they would have to make an investigation check in order to pick up a trail of the creature or person that made the sound and the skills I posted here would be included in the class as well I just don't know what other skills/abilities to add to make the class worth while I don't want it to be boring nor do I want it to be OP either. I may make it so they could heal with sound or something like that.
