The horn seems a bit too powerful... natural weapons are usually less powerful than regular weapons. This essentially gives the player a d8 Unarmed strike (the equivalent of an 11th level monk), and adds a grapple check to every attack made with the horn... not as a bonus action, but just as a side effect to every attack with it, which outclasses the unique bonus action grapple from the Tavern Brawler feat. Giving the horn a unique attack/grapple might work if its done as a unique action, especially if you only get a limited number of uses per day.
I'd say it would be better to use the Minotaur race to compare to. In particular, I believe a Minotaur's horns deals a d6 damage, and they gain the option of using their horns for a shove action as a bonus action after taking the dash action. So reducing the damage of the horn and making the grapple a separate action that only triggers under specific circumstances wouldn't be bad.
I am looking for some feedback on this new variant I built. Seems fairly balanced but would love some other eyes on it.
I am aware there are some typos...

Tying the gore attack to a certain length of move might make sense.
